Lance's Point Of View

The crowd is going wild. I look at my fingers as I placed them in keys. Napatingin ako sa babaeng nasa tabi ko. Alam kong kinakausap na naman nya ang sarili nyang kumalma sa pagkakataong 'to.

Anna Shaine..

Who are you? Bakit pakiramdam ko ikaw si Gail? Bakit tumitibok ang puso ko ng ganito sayo?

Her eyes, her voice, her lips.. It was everything that reminds me of Gail. Sa tuwing nakikita ko sya, hindi ko maiwasang makita ang babaeng dating naging buhay ko.

"Believe in yourself." I told her. Alam kong kinakabahan sya ngayon pero tumango sya at nginitian ako. Tumigil ang puso ko.

"Believe."

Halata ang determination sa mga mata nya. How they sparkle in the middle of a roaring crowd. I smiled unconsciously.

I began pressing the keys and create a wonderful sound. Unti-unting humina ang hiyawan ng mga studyante. The light-man seems shocked by the sudden change of plan. I nod at him.

Absent-mindedly, he focused the light on our spot. There, lumingon ulit si Anna sa pwesto ko. Wala na 'yung panginginig ng kamay nya.

The crowd seemed so shocked. Bago sa paningin nila si Anna. Besides, she's singing the song so gracefully that's making them more shocked than they are.

"Missing your warm embrace

I placed my lips near the mic. She avert her gaze on the crowd and look at me.

"How will I start the day

She smile at me. We perfectly blended our voices not noticing the wonderful harmony we are creating.

We look at each other's eyes with joy. Even the crowd seems enjoying the rythm. My heart pound. I found my mom's stare at the middle of everything.

and she's smiling at me...

Anna's Point of View

Bumalik kami sa backstage ng may ngiti sa labi. Rinig pa din ang palakpakan ng mga tao sa naging performance namin ni Lance.

I exhaled. We made it!

"Waaaah! Buti nagawan nyo ng paraan!" Pheobe screamed as we enter the backstage. She hugged me while congratulating me I did great.

"Where's Katherine?"

Napalingon kami kay Lance. Nililibot nya ang paningin nya sa buong paligid. Napalingon din ako.

"Hindi pa rin sya bumabalik. Hinahanap pa din ata si Gonzales." sagot ng isa sa mga member.

Narinig ko ang marahang pag-mura ni Lance. Pinag-handa na ni Pheobe yung ibang mga susunod na magpeperform. Sya ang assistant ng President, kaya siguro kampante si Kath na iwan sakanya yung responsibility.
