Third person POV
Diluc had asked Lumine and Paimon to go collect some mist flowers for him. Diluc and (y/n) were alone, an awkward silence hung in the air. Both of them wonders if they should say something or not.
"So uh, Master Diluc. Have you ever visited Snezhnaya before?" Said (y/n), finally breaking the silence. "Yes, it was very cold. How do Snezhnayan people survive there?" Said Diluc. "Did I say something offensive?" Said Diluc, nervously this time.
"Offensive? No, it's not offensive. It's just that I guess people from Snezhnaya are more adapted to the cold," Said (y/n), reassuring Diluc that he didn't offend her although what he said would offend some people.
They talked about the different nations they have been to before Lumine and Paimon returned.
"Oh good, you both have returned. I will ask my servant to do the rest of the work so the plan is..." Diluc went on to explain the plan.
"What sort of a plan is that? Only you are involved in the fighting, surely it would be better if we work together?" Said (y/n), determined to help Diluc.
Diluc was silent, he shook his head after s minute. "I can handle this on my own. This is my problem, not yours," Said Diluc, not wishing to explain himself any further.
"Alright then! But how will he figure out the date and time of the attack? Those parts are all gibberish!" Said Paimon.
Diluc smiled, "That is not a problem, I have located a nearby abyss order camp. We can get the information we need there!"
They head to the location of the abyss order camp
(Y/N) fought the hilichurls, her tactics were ever changing so no enemy can take her down easily. (Y/N) combination of attacks impressed Diluc, she fought each opponent with a different style but yet she only has a pyro vision and her sword to relay on.
They finally found an Cryo abyss mage, Diluc weakened it. "Tell us what you know about the attack, now," Said Diluc fiercely.
The abyss mage revealed that the attack will be at 10pm, which was all the information they would need. They returned to the dawn winery.
"Well, see you tomorrow and remember, don't tell a soul about my identity or my plans!" Said Diluc.
