13:Liyue finally!

(Y/N) POV
We were running from treasure hoarders. They didn't stand a chance to catch up. We climbed up a small hill and we could see Liyue in the distance but we were all out of breath. "Huff...that was intense...huff..." Said Lumine.

"We should rest...here for...a while..." Said Paimon. Apparently floating muscles also needs rest.

I noticed that Diluc was looking at the clip thingy on my scarf closer. The delusion was faced down and attached to that. Diluc must of noticed it somehow.

After about half an hour...(yes they need that much time to rest)

Third person POV
We were finally at the gates of Liyue. (Y/N) was glad that they still haven't seen her brother yet. "Childe...that's what he wanted me to call him. What a weird Alas!" Thought (y/n), walking closely behind Lumine. Lumine and Paimon talked to a few locals at Liyue while Diluc and (y/n) just listened.

"Hey, (y/n)? I want to ask you something," Said Diluc.

"Hm?ok?" Said (y/n).

"That thing, what is it?" Said Diluc.

"You already know do you?" Said (y/n).

Diluc looked surprised for a second and nodded. Diluc looked around. "You said your brother would be in Liyue right? Where is he?" Said Diluc. (Y/N) shrugged. "I don't know. He is wherever he wants to be. Just a warning before you meet him, he is two faced and he is also very protective when it comes to me or any other of our siblings," Said (y/n).

(Y/N) thought she saw a flash of familiar ginger hair walk by at some point when Lumine was talking to a random Liyue citizen. Diluc decided that he didn't want to go to the rite of descension and said that he was going to tour around Liyue.

Childe POV
"Yay! (Y/N) did come to Liyue after all! She was with a red haired man. Is that her boyfriend? He better me treating her right! Oh and she's with a cute looking girl and a floaty mascot? Huh. I'm going to the rite of descension anyways so I'll follow them!" I thought, walking causally a few meters away from (y/n) and her friend.

(Y/N) POV
"Oh god, it's the 'Child'. Why is he going to the rite of descension? Is he going because he wants to get the gnosis somehow from Rex Lapis?" I glared at Childe, he seemed to notice and waved at me lovingly. Lumine talked to a few other people and the rite began.

Things escalated quickly. Rex lapis dropped dead, everyone was in shock. I looked at Childe naturally and he was surprised too. Suddenly, Lumine and paimon told me that they have to go. I went after them because if they were caught, who knows what will happen.

"Stop right there!"

We were cornered by the millelith.

"Hey girlie, hold still," Said a voice from behind us.

It was Childe. He took down the millelith's men within seconds. "Let's go," Said Childe. I ran after him and so did Lumine and Paimon.
