Love or hatred? (Diluc x y/n) OLD VER

48:I'm alive guys!

Hi! I'm back from my break. I'm probably gonna stop the word count for my future chapters for this book.
I don't think I'll write any lemon, I just find Diluc too innocent for that. (Personal opinion, please don't attack me for it.) But there's always a possibility for it.

Two weeks later...

(Y/n) POV
It took me quite sometime but I finally convinced Diluc to bring me to Liyue. I was much better now, I could jump around and do everything normally. I smirked to myself, just a few hours ago, I snuck out and threatened some random Fatui messenger I saw to bring a letter I wrote to tell Childe to meet me at Mt. Tianheng tonight.

I decided not to tie my hair and wore my scarf in a different style.

Diluc was waiting for me by a carriage, I smiled and got on with him.

When they reached Liyue...

I got off the carriage excitedly, the sky was getting dark, making Liyue seem even more beautiful. "It's been so long since I've set foot here! Diluc, let's go have dinner at Wanmin restaurant!" I Said, pointing excitedly at the restaurant's direction.

Diluc nodded and we went to have dinner. It's been quite some time since I've eaten this heavily, Diluc always made sure I didn't eat to less or too much because he wants me to be as healthy as possible while I recover.

I took the last jade parcel and closed my eyes to enjoy the flavor. "Diluc, I'll be going to Mt. Tianheng. Don't worry, I won't be fighting anything. I'm just gonna go meet my brother there then I'll be right back. I promise," I Said, holding Diluc's hand. Diluc reluctantly agreed. I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before I went off.

After climbing Mt. Tianheng...

I was panting heavily, it was tiring to climb up the mountain. It was harder than I thought. I was wearing a black hood over my head to hide my identity. The cloak was cut in half because the original length was too long for me. I wore a pair of sunglasses to hide my eyes, this should be convincing enough to make him think I'm someone else.

As I reached the peak, I saw Childe sitting on a rock. He tried around, his eyes narrowed warily. "I suppose you are the one who have intel of (y/n)'s location? I'm surprised that you want to meet me personally," Said Childe.

I took a deep breath and used my fake voice I had spent hours practicing. "I understand that (y/n) is someone close to you so I believe I should tell you in person. Sometimes messengers can be unreliable." I took a step towards Childe. Childe looked down, he suddenly lifted my chin.

"Let's get to the point. Do you want anything in return?" He said in a cold voice, he wasn't in a mood for jokes. I smirked and pulled his hand away. "Of course, my main point. And no, I don't need anything in return mr Harbinger!"

Childe seemed to be out of patience, he grabbed me by the cloak and yanked me towards him with both hands. "Tell me where she is!" He yelled.

Dude chill! He really isn't in a mood for games is he? Sigh, this isn't as fun as I thought after all. So much for a nice surprise!

Childe used one hand to create a hydro dagger and pressed it on my throat, he pressed it harder and created a small cut on my neck. I pulled down my hood, revealing my ginger hair. I shook me head so the sunglasses came off. "Let go of me you big dumbass! Are you tryna kill me or what?" I yelped.

Childe's eyes widened. He dropped me down to the ground roughly as he released his grip. He looked at me with shock before kneeling down in front of me. "(Y/n)! You're alive! I'm so sorry! Please forgive me I-" Childe stopped talking and hugged me. I felt something drip onto my back. It took me a moment but I realized that Childe was crying.

"Are you ok? Ajax? Why are you crying?" I asked, pulling away from the hug and wiping Childe's tears for him. Childe looked at his hands, no answer came. "I'll take it that you are so relieved that I'm not dead that you broke into tears. Got it," I giggled as I lifted his Chin.

Childe gave me another hug. "Don't you dare disappear like that again. What happened anyways?"

I explained everything I knew to him.

We finally went back to Liyue, Diluc was waiting for me at the place I told him to. I went to give him a big hug. "Hello Master Diluc Of Mondstadt! Thank you for taking care of my little sister for me," Said Childe, back to normal already.

Diluc shot Childe a 'shut-up-I-do-not-need-your-thanks' look. Childe shrugged and went off to Northland bank to get someone to send the message to the motherland. Diluc started to talk to me about some usual topics when someone interrupted us.

"So...when do you two lovebirds plan to get married?"

I looked at the person who spoke. It was Lumine, Paimon was floating behind her with her mouth full of food.

"Lumine? Paimon? How did you get here? I thought you were in Inazuma?" I Said, surprised. Lumine smirked and pointed to the strange device that is found across all of teyvat. "I used that. It's a teleport waypoint!" She explained.

Time skip to a few weeks later, (y/n) returned to Snezhnaya as she was called back.

(A/N): the next part is completely made up and not part of genshin lore.

Third person POV
The Harbingers bowed before the Tsaritsa as she spoke of her plan. "Now, I shall explain my plans to stop the Abyss order's first step of their plan. Since nobody knows of this plan, I
expect interference from the traveler that has been going around and some of her friends. Every harbinger clear on their role?" She Said, looking down on her 12 Harbingers.

"Yes your majesty."

And that was the end of this chapter. Just a small spoiler for the next chapters. Someone is going to die.
