In this fanfic, the Tsaritsa is a polearm user. Everything here is completely fictional and is not part of Genshin lore. Minor spoilers for Inazuma archon quest.

(Y/n) POV
I was floating in nothing. It was just quiet and dark. No noise, no light and no other being in sight. It was just, peaceful. The dark place flickered around me and changed into a bare land. Barely any life was in the land, trees here were leafless and rotting. I walked around, feeling lightheaded.

I finally saw something that seemed alive. I ran towards it, calling out. I suddenly stopped running and stared with wide eyes. That person was covered in blood, they turned around to face me. My eyes widened with shock and utter confusion. This person was me.

"Who are you? Why do you look like me?" I Yelled, going into a defensive pose. The person laughed. "Can't you see? I'm you, but I'm the version of that that's a monster and nothing else!" The other version of me grabbed me by the collar of my shirt and threw me into the dark waters of a lake behind her.

Before hitting the water, I saw her wave at me with a sinister smile.

I suddenly jerked upwards and gasped. I looked around, it was the castle ruins. I felt a sharp pain in my head and felt warm liquid flow from where the pain was. I saw Diluc run towards me while Childe faced Aether. "(Y/n)! Are you ok? Wh-" the ruins began to shake violently. The ground broke open once again.

Tsaritsa POV
I gripped onto my polearm tighter as I went at the horrid monster that stands before me. The ground began to shake and I watched as the monster grew in size. The ground below me broke open and I fell into a strange place. I got up to find myself on a platform. I looked around and saw many other platforms and ruins. People were there too. My eyes widened as I recognized them.

The situation is bad. This horrid beast the abyss has unleashed is strong. It seems to have brought everyone here. What is this place anyway? How did we get here? Some kind of portal we fell through?

Zhongli POV
I grunted as I stood up from the rubble. That Fatui Harbinger was knocked out before the ground broke. From what I saw before I fell, he didn't fall through the crack. Venti was beside he, he was staring at something. I looked at what was before me. A massive monster that had multi heads and was as big as Dvalin towered over everything.

Lumine POV
I was with Ei on a platform. I gasped at the sight of a monster. I looked at the other platform and saw people I knew. I saw a person on one of the monster's head. My eyes widened. "Aether!" I Yelled. The person looked down but didn't react. Everyone gathered at one platform.

The cryo archon, the Tsaritsa, explained everything. I looked down, I was fighting the wrong people. The Fatui actually wasn't up to no good this time.

(Y/n) and Childe were the only Harbingers here, the others weren't teleported. "What's the plan to get rid of that?" Said Diluc, glancing at the monster that gave a mighty roar.

I looked longingly at Aether who stood on the one of the monster's head. I sighed and looked back, we have to stop this creature.

The creature slammed its large talons on he platform they were gathered on. Everyone leaped out of the way.

This really gives me memories from fighting Dvalin back then.

(Y/n) POV
I think I've listed down in my head all the people who are here: Childe, Zhongli, Venti, Tsaritsa, Lumine, the raiden shogun(you do not know Ei's name yet)and Diluc. That's strange. Where's the others who came to Snezhnaya?

I switched to my bow and aimed a shot at one of the monster's eyes. I fired the pyro charge arrow. It was an accurate shot, the beast roared in pain, one head flopped onto a platform. "Now,Ei!" Yelled Zhongli as he advanced towards the head with the electro archon.

They cut of its head. The other heads roared, a huge talon came crashing down on the two archons. They dodged the attack to everyone's relief. The next head was taken down by Childe and I. The monster roared in agony once again. Diluc and Venti were fending off the attacking abyss order with Lumine helping them.

The battle was going well, until the last head. Aether disappeared as he walked through a portal, I saw the disappointment in Lumine's eyes as she watched her brother leave her.

As the monster flopped down on its last head, Lumine cut it off with all her might. The beast's huge body flopped onto the platform. Causing a chain reaction and causing everything to break. A portal opened up, everyone ran towards it. The platform behind Diluc and I were breaking too fast for us to get away. The platform stopped breaking as we hung on the edge. My hand locked with Diluc's as I held onto his hand for dear life.

"I can't hold on for much longer! What do I do?" Yelled Diluc, he looked up for a solution desperately. Trying to get both of us out of this situation. I realized that only one of us would survive.

His life matters more than mine. If he died, who will be in charge of the dawn winery? If I die...it wouldn't matter much. A new Harbinger will replace me, but my family. They'll be heartbroken. No, it's worth it to sacrifice myself for Diluc's life.

Diluc looked down at me, still desperate. Lumine and Childe ran over to the edge, trying to pull us up without losing any one of us. "It's no use...we're too heavy," I whispered.

I smiled at Diluc, Lumine and Childe. "I'm sorry...please. Live on, for me? Remember me at least will you? I'm sorry that I have to go, but it's for the better isn't it?" I Said, closing my eyes. I felt tears flow from my eyes as I let of Diluc's hand and fell into the dark abyss below.

Third person POV
"(Y/N)!"

Childe pulled up Diluc. Everyone was in shock, sadness took the place of the shock a moment later. Diluc collapsed to the ground, in utter disbelief. "No...why? Not again...why?" He muttered. Childe felt a tear escape his eyes. He looked down. "Let's get out of here first," Said Lumine. Childe and Lumine left, Diluc was the last to leave. Casting a longing look at where he last saw his lover.

"Where's (y/n)?" Said Zhongli when he saw only three of them. They did not respond, instead, they looked down and shook their heads. Everyone was quiet, realizing what had happened.

"She was a loyal subject...she served me well. She did what was best I believe. She has always been a child with good judgment. I trust that she saw that it was worth it to save you, child of Mondstadt," Said the Tsaritsa.
