Chapter 51: Flashback Light Only For You

   You walked into Miu's lab and you noticed that there were a lot of inventions  that were covered with a sheet so you couldn't see what the inventions  were.
"Hey Miu." You smiled. She looked at you and smiled. 
"I managed to finish your invention early since it was so easy to make." Miu said and handed you the invention.
"You are the absolute best Miu." You chirped and gave her a hug.
  "Hahaha! I know!" Miu cackled. 
"So what are those other inventions?" You asked pointing to the ones that are covered.
"Well they aren't finished yet once they're done I'll uncover them." Miu explained.
  "Makes sense I can't wait to see them once it's done." You smiled.
"Well I can't wait until you explain why you need this master key."  Miu pouted.
     "Well I'm going to go hang out with Kokichi."  You said.
"Oh he finally decided to show himself?" Miu asked.
"Yep he finally did." You replied with a sigh of relief.
"Well have fun Y/N!" Miu waved and you left her lab.  Once you did you didn't see Kokichi anymore.   You looked around confused not seeing him anywhere.
  "Kokichi?!" You called out confused and worried.

"Boo." You heard someone whisper in your ear. You jumped back and you looked at your laughing boyfriend.
"How rude." You pouted and Kokichi wrapped his arm around your waist and grinned.
"Aww Y/N you know I love you my magnificent beloved dove." Kokichi grinned and kissed your cheek.
"Yeah yeah I know I know." You smiled.
"Neeheehee I saw the mark you left on Shuichi from when you punched him he totally got wrecked." Kokichi laughed.
"You saw him but they didn't see you?" You asked.
"I'm a good hider I won't be found until I want to be found." Kokichi stated. "Why did you go see Miu?"
"She's my best friend I just had to see her." You answered.
"Yeah Miu can be cool to talk to sometimes." Kokichi commented.
"Then how come you didn't want to see her?" You asked.
"I said sometimes not all the time." Kokichi laughed. "If we get married Y/N is Miu going to be around?"
  "Well I imagine not all the time because we're going to go traveling around the world but I think that she will be around sometimes if we...all make it out alive that is." You responded looking down.
"And what if we don't? What if it's only you and Miu making it out alive? Or if it's only you? What would you do?" Kokichi asked. You looked at him he had a blank expression on his face and you could tell this question he was serious about. He wasn't lying and he wasn't playing around.

    "That's not going to happen." You said.
"How can you be so sure? You suspect the mastermind is one of us 7 right? That would include me and Miu? How are you so certain we're not the mastermind? How are you so certain all three of us will make it out alive?" Kokichi questioned.
    "I'm certain because that's what I'm going to make happen. I'm going to end this killing game no matter what trust me on that. I trust you and Miu and you two have given me no reason to suspect either of you as the mastermind. Don't think you have to sacrifice yourself to end this killing game if that's your plan.  But if you or Miu is the mastermind I'm going to keep my promise to Kaede and to Gonta no matter how much pain it would bring me."  You clarified and you looked into his eyes and he nodded accepting your answering and not wanting to debate it.  You then heard the nighttime announcement. 

"That's the announcement we better get to bed for tomorrow." Kokichi smiled.
"Yeah...we should." You sighed and then Kokichi gave you a hug and scurried off.  You watched as he ran off and then you went to your room.   You looked at the master key Miu made and you knew that since it was during nighttime this would be the best time to begin investigating.

Slowly leaving your room making sure no one heard you leave your room. You silently walked out and using the night as your cover you made your way to first floor of the academy. As you were walking through the halls you noticed that  the door to your Ultimate Lab was open. Questioning it  you peered into your lab and you saw a flashback light.   You walked in and you shut your door making sure no one else could walk in.
You held the light in your hand and you started to think about whether or not you should share it with the others.  "I mean it's in my lab...and it's for the greater good so I guess I should use it." You flipped the switch and then the world started to warp around you. 

Your eyes fluttered as you saw a memory of yourself maniacally laughing.   "One by one...all will fall!"    After seeing that  you came back to the real world and your eyes widened.
  "Am I-I-I th-the m-m-mastermind?" You stuttered out. You didn't want to consider the possibility of that being possible. If you were the mastermind you would have to remember right? Monokuma would have said something right?   
  "No this has to be one of Monokuma's tricks." You muttered. You wanted to believe it yet there was something inside of you that was still scared that what you saw was the truth and you were the mastermind of this killing game and even having that thought made your blood run cold.
