Chapter 3: Accused of Being the Mastermind

Your eyes fluttered open as you heard the morning announcement and fully realizing that you were still trapped in this horrible place.  Remembering the plan that everyone would meet up in the dining hall to make sure everyone was still alive you begrudgingly got ready and put on a different pair of the same uniform you were given.  You were walking out of your dorm room and you saw Kokichi racing towards you.
"Y/N Y/N Y/N!" Kokichi yelled in a panic.
"What's wrong?" You yawned confused.
"Everyone thought that you might of died so I came to check on you to see if that was the case." Kokichi affirmed. "Because if anything I could mess with the crime scene and make this game extra fun!"

   You rolled your eyes at the purple haired boy. "Thanks Kokichi."

"Come on Y/N let's show the others you are alive." Kokichi demanded and grabbed your hand and raced to the dining hall. As you entered you still felt his hand entwined with yours.
"See I told you Y/N is alive." Kokichi grinned.
"Well that's a huge relief." Kaede said with a smile and gave you a hug.
"Yeah it is I was getting pretty worried." Shuichi commented.
"Degenerate male! Let go of Y/N's hand!" Tenko shouted.
"Ooooo they're holding hands now just wait until we hear them tonight!" Miu shouted with a boisterous laugh.
"We have plans to study plants but that's about it Miu unless you're jealous that you have no one and want to join on our plant adventure." You joked and let go of Kokichi's hand.
"Why the heck would I want to do something so boring as to study plants?!" Miu shouted.
"Moving on from whatever that is now all of us have arrived." Korekiyo  stated. "I'm glad it looks as though there were no victims."
"But of course!" K1-B0 affirmed.
"By the way are you okay Kaede?" Kokichi asked.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Kaede questioned.
"Well you looked really bummed out after everyone started blaming you yesterday." Kokichi smirked.
"H-hey what are you doing all of-" Tsumugi started.
"Seriously you guys are so mean. Poor girl. She tried her best to encourage everyone and you sore losers got mad at her anyway." Kokichi sadly declared.
"What's the point of bringing that up again?" K1-B0 questioned.

"And poor Y/N got hurt because of you pushing her and I bet she's still sore." Kokichi sadly said looking down and not answering K1-B0's question.
"If Y/N is as easily hurt as you make her out to be she won't survive this game." Rantaro concluded with a smirk.
"H-hey what's that suppose to mean?" You asked trying not to be scared.
"I mean you'd be an easy target a weak link if you will." Rantaro nonchalantly said.
"What do you want Y/N to be killed?!" Kokichi shouted.
"Not in the slightest but you making her out to be a wimp won't help her survive in fact it will do the opposite. Someone will see her as an easy target and take her out instantly and we will have to do a class trial and then our lives are at stake." Rantaro responded.
"Y/N isn't weak she's strong." Shuichi defended and gave you a small smile.
"I never said she was weak but that's how Kokichi's making her out to be. Let Y/N use her strengths and she might make it out of this thing." Rantaro ominously stated.

Something about the way he said that just sent shivers up and down your spine and you felt sick to your stomach.
"Actually didn't you blame Kaede first?" Tenko asked Kokichi.
"Eh? Now it's my fault? Why are you guys ganging up on me?"" Kokichi sadly questioned. "WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! You guys are terrible! So horrible, so mean!" Kokichi whaled. "After I was just trying to look out for the only person half nice to me!"
"Hmph you're too noisy. Cut it out." Ryoma frowned.
"But it's true. Everyone blamed Kaede without taking any responsibility themselves." Kaito sighed.
"Hey come on now. Everyone was probably just tired." Rantaro said trying to smooth things over.
"Shut up that's not excuse!" Kaito yelled.
"No it's okay! It doesn't bother me!" Kaede yelled back. "It's just... I should've been more considerate of everyone's feelings. I was too focused on the tunnel. So I'm sorry."
"Alright well if you're okay with it then so am I." Kaito reluctantly agreed.
"Phew cool beans! Now everything's settled!" Kokichi happily cheered.
"But you did blame her first didn't you?" K1-B0 asked.
