Robbie: This world is the same, yet different. The air is the same. The heroes are the same. The places, the people, the history. All the same. But something is off. Something.....horrible.
The New
SPIDER-MANYou flipped the card between your fingers as your legs dangled off the edge of the skyscraper you were taking a break on. You were wearing the suit Morgan had made you with Stark tech with your mask on. Cindy was actually back at the hideout with Mayday for once.
The card had Dylan's number on it. V-253 was in Empire State's possession right now and you just wanted to see if it was properly taken care of.
You had asked Mayday who had hired her to take it, but she didn't even know. She never met the guy. Only someone on their behalf.
But someone very dangerous wanted it. No idea why, but they did. And you didn't want them to get it.
You pulled out your phone and dialed up the number. You heard it rin in your helmet and waited for someone to pick up.
Then, someone did.
???: Yep?
You lifted your head.
Y/N: Hello? Uh, is this Dylan Brock?
Dylan: This is him.
Y/N: Great. This is Y/N Parker.
You could actually hear him perk up.
Dylan: Get out of town! Y/N Parker? Little Parker? How are you, man?!
Y/N: Uh...good. I'm, good. I was told that, uh, you wanted me to help you with the V-252 project?
Dylan: Yeah! Heck yeah! When I learned that you were at Horizon now, I knew I wanted you to be the one to help me with this. I mean, I know that there's a bunch of students there that are, like, super smart or whatever, but I wanted it to be someone I knew.
You raised a brow confused. Max did say that Dylan said that he knew you. But you didn't remember him. Or, you didn't know him. But it was very clear that he knew you.
Dylan: Dude, we should totally get together and hang out! Paint the town red or something!
You smiled a bit.
Y/N: Yeah. I'd be down.

Henry sat in his room with his head in his hands. He had a lot on his mind but he couldn't really find a place to figure anything out. You were hiding something and Morgan had some kind of relationship with you. However, he wondered what that exactly was.
He heard a knock on his door and looked up.
Natasha: Henry?
Henry: Yeah. Come in.
The door opened and Natasha entered the dark room. The only source of light was the table lamp that was on the desk. The same desk where Henry was currently thinking about his problems.
Natasha looked at his tired state and leaned against the wall with her arms crossed.
Natasha: You weren't at training. Nadia said that you weren't feeling good.
Henry: I said I wasn't feeling right. There's a difference.
Natasha: And does this difference have to do with why you've been skipping out on meals?
Henry sighed as he rubbed his cheek. He wasn't lying to get out of training or anything. He really didn't feel....right. He couldn't explain it but he really did feel this sick feeling in his stomach when he saw you and Morgan together.
