1 Week after Barry entered the speed force.

Splashing cold water on her face, Anna Allen looked at herself in the mirror, eyes blotched red. She walked out of the bathroom, sitting on her couch.

Moments after she sat down, she realized she was alone.

Alone.

She'd always had someone. Whether it was her mom, or her dad, or Barry, or even Caitlin.

Now they were all gone. Her parents killed by speedsters, her brother into the speed force, and Caitlin had left her.

She knew she needed sleep, but her emotions tried to reject everything. She didn't eat, and when she did, Cisco or Iris would have to encourage her so that she wouldn't collapse because of how much energy she was using.

Anna laid her head on her fist, looking at the moon.

"Alone." She whispered. "I'll never be good enough for anyone to stay with me." Anna said before walking back to her bedroom, ready for a sleepless night, and more to come.

The next morning, she did her usual, speeding around, stopping some muggings and robberies. Anna's eyes were drowsy from exhaustion.

That's when she noticed it, a brown haired girl walking by one of the stores across the street.

Anna's eyes snapped open. "Cait?" She whispered, speeding forwards into an alley and peering into the sidewalk.

She thought she was seeing things, but Caitlin was walking by the alley she was in. Anna sighed, longing to talk to her girlfriend.

Caitlin was more of a girlfriend to Anna, and she knew it. She wasn't a partner, or even a wife. She was a part of her. And when she left, it broke Anna to pieces.

Anna blinked, and when she peered back out, Caitlin was gone.

A/N: It hurt me to write this.
