Choose

We returned back to dorm. My mood was completely opposite to what I left with. With a heavy heart I managed to find my room and sat on a table with my guitar. I really wanted to play it and forget everything that just happened but then again it was like 4 in the morning and everyone is sleeping so I only opened my diary and started to write.
I have always written good songs when she was on my mind. Oh how I wish she was in my arms.
Knock knock
I heard a knock on my door.
Who else could it be other than the people guarding us. I thought about letting them stay there and not answer but again they might think something is wrong and break the door. Therefore
Without even bothering to turn I answered "come in"
To my surprise it was Vanessa. She walked in my room and stretched her hand out to me. She is holding a small white bottle the size of an apple. I looked at her and raised one brow in question.
She blinked, shook her head and then cleared her throat.
" This helps with sleep."
I still did not move and she didn't either.She knows I hate taking medicines. We both stared at each other. Neither of us backing down. With a sigh I took the bottle and drank all of it in one go. Now that I have finished it she turned around without a word and left.
And I didn't stop her.
I woke up to someone shaking me.
"Chan, wake up." And as usual it was baek waking me up. I sat up on the bed rubbing sleep out of my eyes.
Guess the meds worked.

"How did it go?" He asked. I looked at him puzzled.
" You went out with Vanessa this morning, right? What did she say?" He asked hurriedly. I could see he had hoped it went well. The thought of what happened last night ruined my mood. Seeing my expression he sat down on the bed beside me.
"It's okay chanyeol, give her some time."
"I don't think she will ever forgive me baek. It's too late." I told him everything.
He put his hand on my shoulder in a comforting gesture.
"Chan, everything will be fine. And besides the chanyeol I know doesn't give up. Right?"
I just nodded to that.
"Now let's go eat breakfast is ready." I nodded again and followed him out of the room.

Everyone was at the table. All my members were sitting in their seats as usual and the guards were standing like poles in their positions which was unusual. Having these guys here had made us a little bit awkward. Looking around I found that there were some cameras installed in different places.

"We have different schedules today." Suho announced mid of his breakfast.
" Yes you do." Replied Dimitri turning to the table.
"I checked your schedules a week ago."
Obviously I put another piece of pancake in my mouth.
We all just looked at him for a second and then continued with breakfast.
We all had different schedules starting today. It was always like this when all the promotion stopped we had various schedules to keep us busy. And we were prepared for it as usual.
When we were done with breakfast Vanessa came forward and greeted us.
" Morning guys." Vanessa greeted us with a smile. I could not see her eyes but I knew that smile did not touch those eyes hidden behind the shades.
"Morning agent Cross."
"Good morning."
Were all the responses she got from all of us except me.
You can't blame me it was not a good morning for me.
"As you all know you have different schedules today. Therefore one agent will be assigned to each of you." She finished.
"Do we get to choose the agents we want?" Asked sehun all excited like a little kid.
I don't know why but I am feeling like something is going on.
Vanessa hesitated for a brief sec before she replied
"Sure."
"Great, then I choose Noah ." Announced Chen.
"And I choose you Dimitri." Said baekhyun. I raised my eyebrows.
Why don't you just throw a pokeball?
I thought inwardly.

And like that all the members chose all other agents except one...
Now I am the only one left. Everyone of my member is looking at me expectantly.
Now I know what is going on. I could not help but be grateful to these guys. Even though it's silly they are trying their best to help me. Their smiles are encouraging.
"And I choose Agent Cross."

Sorry for the delay guys. I was very busy these days. I'll try to release next chapter faster. And yes as I promised below is the picture of our agent Dimitri. Tell me in comments if you like him and the chapter.
