2 weeks after jeongin had left, bangchan wasn't doing very good. he would constantly cry during the nighttime, as he browsed through the photos of him and jeongin on his phone.
good for him, changbin was there to comfort him. they both have stopped their bullying ways for good.
"chan, you can't be sad forever" changbin said as he rubbed the crying chan's back.
"i know i know, but let me be sad for a while." chan sniffled.
the scene was truly heartbreaking. you could really tell how much chan loved the younger. as for jeongin?
he wasn't doing well the first week, feeling all homesick and all. he definitely missed chan, he may or may not have cried over the man for a few nights. but hyunjin was there to comfort him every time.
for some reason he couldn't get himself to just call the boy, hoping long distance would work, because at this state hew knew it wouldn't. they wouldn't be able to see each other at all during the 3 years. so he decided to just let things happen. let the universe do it's thing.
he made new friends at school. he even made a new friend he could call a best friend. this boy's name was beomgyu. both boys had the experiences of being bullied, so they protected each other. they helped each other heal. they were very much like siblings.

"innie! i have good news!"
"and what is it jin?"
"i'm coming over!!!"
"omg omg no way!! really?!"
"yes! in a week!! is it okay if i stay over?"
"of course jinnie! how long are you gonna be here for?"
"a whole month! imagine all the stuff we could do with the time!"
"i know!!"
"i'm so excited to see you again!"
"me too jinnie, me too"

the month with hyunjin was what jeongin could call the best. they did loads of things together, went swimming, went shopping, they even attempted to bake. "attempted"
they went on cute little movie dates and slowly by slowly, jeongin was starting to heal from the pain of loosing chan. he wasn't quite sure if it was a good thing or not.
