I'm at an event with some of my best girl friends and it has been really weird because I don't have my family here with me. I have not been away from my daughter for longer than a couple of hours so Dwayne made me leave earlier than I originally scheduled to.
Separation anxiety is a bitch and even though I know that Dwayne will take great care of her, I'm just so used to have her with me at all times. We're only apart when I have meetings and date nights.

I really did not know what to wear tonight so I went through a bag of new clothes that I just received and I settled for this 70s print jumpsuit. I thought that I looked good until I saw what the girls were wearing and now I feel out of place.
Jordana nudges Gabi, "Gabi, you stay coming for people."
"More like Gabi stays coming for your men." Karin mutters under her breath and I bite down on the inside of my cheek to stop myself from laughing.
"I heard that." Gabi gives Karin the side eye. "You're just mad that your boyfriend, dad and brother wants me."
"Bitch, I don't have a brother."
"And if you did, he would want me." Gabi retorts and I laugh.
"You're so lame." Karin rolls her eyes as we all pick up a drink from the table.
"That's not what your daddy said." Gabi flicks her tongue out and before we know it the girls start bickering.
"I can't." Jordana slips her arm under mine and we find ourselves a cute seating area.
"Everytime that I look at you, I'm just in awe." Jordana says and I raise a brow at her. "You carried a baby and snapped back as if nothing happened."
I laugh at her words, "It was just luck, I'm sure that it won't happen that fast the next time."
"Next time?" Jordana wiggles her brows at me.
My eyes widen as I realise what I just said before a smile grows on my face. I haven't really thought about expanding our family in great detail but after hearing my own words, I know that I want to give Dwayne more children.
"I'm going to give that man as many kids as I can." The words just leave my lips and Jordana lets out a squeal. "Growing up, it was only me and my twin. If we were mad at eachother, I didn't have anyone to turn besides my father so I want to give Tiana more than one sibling."
"That's really nice." Jordana takes a sip of her drink. "I like that you've found your tribe."
"Dwayne may be way out of my league but he's the best man that I ever been and I cannot picture a life without him."
