Chapter 36

I'm not sure what happened next. 

All i know was that i crumpled and completely vulnerable. 

I never thought someone that close to me would take advantage of my impuissance. For all people why it's Iris, we used to be a very good friends, she's even there during my dark times. 

Though it was never a mystery what she feels about me. I just don't really touch the subject——the love she was giving me because I can't never reciprocate it. 

I thought she knows..

But i guess, i was wrong..

Dahan dahan akong napadilat. 

"Ate Mars?" Boses ni Eris. 

I look at her, at first glance akala ko si Nike. Eris has half of everything that her sister can offer. Half, because Nike is one of  a kind. 

Agad akong napaupo, i was back in the sofa where Iris was trying to devoured me. "Where's Nike?" 

Eris' sexily sits on top of the table across me with her crossed legs. "She left." Nagkibit balikat sya. "Don't worry about her, just think about yourself first."

I sit still. 

"Hindi ko alam ang nangyari." Pilit kong inaalala kung paano kami napunta ni Iris sa kwarto na ito.

"She drugged you." Sure na sure na sabi ni Eris. 

"I bet she was." Tumango tango ako. This explains why she immediately accepted Nike and our relationship. She pretended she's fine with it but deep inside, Iris was planning something——To ruined my relationship. "I can't believe na nagawa nya sakin to."

Tumayo si Eris. "People do crazy things whey they're in love." This lady speaks more than her age. "Especially when they are rejected."

I also stood kahit medyo nahihilo pa. "Where is she?"

Eris looked at me. "Iris?" Tumango ako., "Well she probably jumped off the bridge right now."

"Eris.." 

"Just kidding, so serious. Jeez." Natawa si Eris. "Nagtatakbo ang bruha habang umiiyak na parang sya pa ang naargabyado."

Tahimik lang ako.

"Gusto ka sana i-surprise ni ate kaya pumunta kami dito pero mas na surprise kami." Dugtong nya. I feel her hand on my shoulder. "But don't worry, i will help you. There's no way i will let you girls broke up just because of a psychopath."

Well at least that makes me feel better. 

"Thank you so much I really appreciate that." I sincerely told her. "But let me talk to her first."

Bumitaw si Eris sakin. "Of course. Just tell me when to hit her   with the batt."

Napangiti ako  "I will."

Kumuha si Eris ng baso sa table at nagsalin ng wine. "Please fix it Ate Mars dahil Ikaw lang ang gusto ko maging sister-in-law." Inabot nya ang baso sakin. "Let's drink for now."

I gladly accepted the offer. 

Eris and I just sit there and talks about random things. Honestly, it makes me want to have a sister like her. I always wished to have one. 

And about Nike, gustuhin ko man puntahan sya at magpaliwanag ay hindi ko magawa dahil sa mga paparazzi sa labas ng bahay nila. My presence may cause havock. Also, she is probably mad right now and don't want to talk. Hahayaan ko muna na lumamig ang lahat. 

Mother is asleep when I came home. Hindi ko na sya ginising. I really feel bad dahil mag-isa lang sya sa bahay araw araw.  Alam ko naman na nalulungkot sya pero hindi nya na sinasabi sakin dahil busy ako sa trabaho.
