Summer came quicker than we all thought. We all had a busy one. We all packed our bags and got on the train this morning.
I had managed to exchange a few words with Draco.
-
As I was about to catch up to daphne in the common room there was a knock at the door.
"Heading down?" Draco said. I spun around. "Yeah, I've got everything packed". I picked up my bag and walked closer to him.
"I'm off to hell again". "If you ever need a break you can stay at my house. I'm just an owl away". We both laughed.
"Your right. Thanks". I pulled him into a hug. "Your stronger than you think, Draco". I felt his hands slowly wrap around me. The warmth of his head next to mine.
"I'll seen you soon. Ok?" He nodded. "Oh and one more thing. Promise to write this summer?" "Promise". He said. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and he headed down to the common room.
I sighed and picked up my bag. Following after him.
As I started walking I felt a rush of wind and Daphne appeared in front of me.
She gave me the side eyes and kept walking.
"Surprising when your boyfriend can't even go to you for comfort. He goes to your sister". I saw the tears in her eyes. But I just kept walking.
This was her fault.

It was a very awkward train ride after that but as soon as we got to our house we both went our separate ways.
I told Astoria about everything. Draco, Adrian, Daphne, and the date. As we were sitting on my bed a owl came to my window. I recognized it as Adrian's .
Dear Anna,
I deeply miss you. As it is being the first day of summer it still feels like it's going by very slow. That is why I'd like to meet for dinner at the three broomsticks this Friday at 6? See you there or not. It's a date.
I slowly laughed to myself. "What what is it". Astoria said. "My date with Adrian is this Friday at 6".
A new start.
I quickly wrote to Pansy letting her know and I sent the letter off. She wanted to come over after he left.
Daphne came into my room.
"What's wrong with her?" She asked Astoria. "She has a date with Adrian". "Ohh that's good to hear".
My mouth fell open. "Rude".
I knew why she said that.
Draco.
"And when we're you gonna bother to tell me?"
"When I talked to you next. I thought you were still mad or sad". I said quickly. She rolled her eyes.
"Wait you still have to write him back". Astoria said. "Oh I forgot".
I scribbled a few words on a left over parchment and sent his owl back.
"Well I'm off to bed". I said. I got in my bed and Astoria and Daphne got in too.
"Sleepover it is".
-
Friday came sooner than I thought.
I got dressed in a black Silk dress that was tight. I did my makeup and hair and I sat silently on my bed.
As I was sitting there an owl came to my window. It was black.
The initials A.G. On the front in very fancy hand writing. The only person I knew that wrote like this was Draco.
I quickly opened it.
Anna,
Things are far more worse than before. I miss you. I was hoping I could spend the night this weekend? Hopefully. I have to go now. Mother's calling.

My heart ached for him. I looked up into my vanity and saw a sorrow face. I had to cheer up before the date.
There was a knock at the front door. I inhaled then exhaled. I slowly started to grab my purse and leave my room.
I walked down our grand staircase. He was standing at the bottom. He was dressed very formally.
He grabbed my hand. He kissed my cheek.
"You ready". I nodded.
-
We sat down at a booth. We ordered drinks and the date began.
"So, how has your day been?" "Good. Yours?" I said.
"Good". I sipped the water the waiter brought.
"Have you talked to anyone from school?" He asked. "Yeah. I have". "Who?" "Oh um Draco and Pansy".
"Not even Blaise?" "Nope. He's been acting weird lately. Like he's distancing himself. He's usually very talkative. I feel he's more observant. If you know what I mean". I said that last part slowly. I felt the tension rise.
He playfully rolled his eyes.
"How's Draco?" "I don't really want to talk about Draco right now". I said. "Why is that?" "He's not doing very well and it saddens me".
"I understand".
The waiter finally brought our drinks and we ordered our food.
"So I know some about you but I want to know more. What's your favorite color?" "Green I love green. All types of it. Sea foam and dark green". "What a coincidence". He said and he smirked.
"When's your birthday?" He asked me. "July 14th".
"Damn so your a cancer?" I nodded. "You gotta love a little toxic ness". We both laughed.
"Your turn. What's your favorite color?" I asked him. "Easy black". "You look good in it too". I saw his eyes glide over my chest and back to my eyes.
Butterflies.
"Birthday?" "January 16th". He said. "Capricorn. Hmm. I heard Capricorn's are good to be around and can be put to good use". My eyebrow rose.
He leaned in. "You'll just have to wait and see". He whispered.
After that our food arrived and we continued to tell each other about our likes and dislikes.
-
Adrian walked me to the door. I wrapped my arms around his neck. "You know you could come in". "Really?" He said. I opened the door. He grabbed my hand and walked in. We walked up the grand stair case we started at.
When we got to my door he spun me around and attacked my lips. He grabbed my hips and my legs wrapped around his waist. I opened the door. He set me down turning around.
But something was at my desk. A letter. I ran to it opening it.
Anna,
I can't do it no more. I can't.
I quickly dropped the letter on my desk. I took of my heals.
"Somethings wrong. I have to go". "With who?" I ran past him.
"I'll wait for you". He said. But I was already at my fireplace.

You guys no the person is not going to harm themselves. Just wanted to say that. Also the zodiac thing I just added that in. It still would technically be a muggle thing so that's why I'm keeping it. The next chapter will probably be longer than usual.
Anyways, Happy reading- 🤩
