Chapter 6: Comforter

You wake up with the sun beaming on your face. You happily get up and try not to wake Bucky up and go to your room. You take some clothes from your new wardrobe and take a shower, it felt nice to take a hot shower and not worry weather hydra was going to burst through the door or not. You finish you shower and change into your new outfit, your wearing a baby blue long flowy sleave crip top with ripped jeans and white air forces. You go into bucky's room and sit on his bed and shake him lightly waking him up "Hey buck a roonie time to wake up." He groans and rolls over, you smile and jump on him "Come on get up." You say excitedly "What time is it?" He said tiredly. "It's 9:00, come on get up already" Be opens his eyes and sees how your dressed and smiles a little "Hey you smell nice." You giggle "Yeah I was able to shower and change into these nice clothes, you like it?" You get off him and do a little twirl. "Yeah, you look really nice doll." He finally gets up and stretches "Come on go take a shower and I'll wait out here for you." He goes go the bathroom and showers, when he gets out he sees you waiting on the bed looking out the window. "Wow, you clean up nice Bucky. You say to him with a smile. " Thanks doll." You grab his hand and go down to the main room "Come on Tony made us breakfast." He laughs and follows you. You meet everyone in the main room. "Good morning everyone." You say with a smile "Morning kid, morning Bucky. Take a seat and eat up." You both sit down and look at the food and at each other with smiles on both of your faces and start eating. "Wow, you guys act like you haven't eaten in days." You smile "Well it's been a really long time since we've had food like this." You tell him and continue eating. "Well enjoy the food and meet us in the meeting room, Steve can show you the way." You smile and nod. You and Bucky both finish eating and wash your guys's dishes. "That was delicious." Bucky nods in agreement "Oh you guys are done, follow me I'll take you guys to the meeting room." You both follow Steve and there is an awkward silence because everytime Steve sees you both he looks sad. You go in the meeting room and see everyone already sitting down. "Well, nice of you three to join us, take a seat." You and Bucky sit next to each other. "So about yesterday, we were able to catch Loki and put him in containment and take back the tesseract. As for you two, you both have great potential and we want you to join our team." You and Bucky look at each other "If you choose to join us we will train you every other day to help you guys control your powers and fighting skills and will help us on missions." You look at Bucky "Of course if you guys need time to think I'm more than happy to-" you cut Tony off "We would gladly join your team." Tony looks at you and smiles "I'm glad to hear that kid, we can start your training tomorrow and spend more time with the team because I'm throwing a party tonight and we can get to know each other better." You look at Bucky with a smile and he looks back at you "Will we be training together or seperate?" Asked Bucky "Um well it depends, sometimes you and y/n will train together and sometimes you both with train with one of the team members." Bucky looks at you and looks back at Tony "Okay then." You grab bucky's hand and whisper "It's fine Bucky, were always with each other anyways. A few hours apart won't hurt." You give Bucky a small smile and he smiles back and nods. "Um, I have a question." Tony and everyone looks at you "That Loki guy, is he here?" Bucky and Tony give you a confused look "Um yes he is, why?" You look down "I was just asking." You look at Bucky and back down again "Okay meetings over, you and Bucky can follow me and I will show you both around and then you everyone can get ready for the party tonight. Everyone gets up and you and Bucky follow Tony around the tower and you and Bucky both are amazed by how big this place actually is. It's around 6 pm now and people are starting to arrive for the party. You and Bucky head back to your rooms to get ready. Your in your room looking for something to wear when you hear a knock at your door "Come in." You see Nat come in the room "Oh, hi Nat whats up." She smiles at you "Hey y/n, what do you plan on wearing tonight?" She says walking to you and looking in your closet. "I'm not sure exactly, it's kind of hard to decide." She laughs "Well that's what I'm here for, I have the perfect thing for you. I'll be right back." She says and she goes to her room. While you wait you sit on your bed and admire the view out the window. Nat comes back to your room "Here, it's the perfect dress for you." She says as she brings out a knee short pink dress with gold at the bottom if it. "Wow Nat, it's so beautiful. Thank you." She smiles and hands you the dress "Here are some gold heels for you and I'll leave you so you can get ready. You smile and thank her and she leaves. You finish getting ready and go to bucky's room, you see he's in the middle of changing. " Oh sorry buck I should have knocked, I'll come back." Before you could fully close the door he stops you "It's fine y/n, I'm almost changed anyways." You go in his room and sit on the bed. "You look really beautiful doll." You smile at him and look down "Thank you Bucky." Bucky finally finishes changing "Okay, you ready." He asks you holding out his hand "Of course Bucky boy, let's go." You both walk down to the main room and see that there is already a bunch of people at the party and you meet up with Tony. "Wow, you look nice y/n." You smile "Thank you Tony, you don't look to bad yourself." You guys enjoy the party and have fun until all the sudden, you all hear a loud explosion. Tony's suit automatically goes on him and everyone suits up ready to face what ever made that explosion. Until you see, it's him.
