Chapter 13: Shopping

You and Bucky both go up to your own rooms and shower, you get out and change. Your wearing a white crop top with an oversized baby blue flannel, blue ripped jeans and blue and white vans. You go into bucky's room and hear he's still in the shower so you decide to go back to your room and get your earbuds and ipod. You go back to bucks room and lay on his bed listening to music. Bucky finally gets out of the shower and sees you laying on his bed and he smiles a little, he walks over to you and pulls out an earbuds "Hey what ya listening to." You get kind of startled "Bucky, you scared me you goof." He laughs "Sorry about that doll." You chuckle "Come on I'm hungry, let's go get breakfast." He laughs "Okay grumpy pants let's go." You go down to the main room and you see Tony cooking "Morning Tony." You say sitting down "Morning kid, morning buck." He says cooking some eggs "where is everyone?" You say looking around "Oh Steve is in his room, Rhodey went on a errand for me Bruce is in the lab and Nat is with him, and Clint went home for a bit." You look at Bucky "Oh okay." The three if you eat breakfast and talk for a little "So what do you two plan on doing today?" You and Bucky look at each other, you hear Nat come to the main room "Um we aren't exactly sure, I guess we were just going to relax around the tower." You see Nat sit down "Thats no fun, how about I take you both shopping." You and Bucky look at each other, you use your powers to talk with Bucky "How about it Bucky boy, do you wanna go shopping?" He nods his head yes "Okay, that sounds like fun." She smiles "Sounds good. Also do you both talk to each other like that a lot?" You laugh "Um not a lot but sometimes." You all get up and clean your dishes. While no one is looking you steal a plate of food and hide it "I have to do something real quick before we leave, I'll be back." You sneak off to the elevators and go to Loki's cell. "Hey Loki." You walk up to his cell with the plate of food behind your back." "Oh hello little midgaurdian." You smile "I brought you something." You reveal the plate of food "I wasn't sure if they were feeding you or not so I decided to bring you some." You see his face light up and you slide the plate through the slot of the cell." Thank you darling." You smile "Sorry I can't stay to chat, me Bucky and Nat are going out for a bit but I'll try and visit when k come back." He swallows a piece of his food and looks up at you "That's okay darling, thank you for the food. Go and enjoy yourself." You smile "Thank you Loki, always so polite. Enjoy the food." You say walking away and into the elevator. You hurry back to the main room and see Bucky and Nat waiting for you. "Hey you ready?" Bucky asks "Yup all ready, let's go." The three of you leave and go to the mall "Wow this place is huge." Nat laughs "Yeah, feel free to get whatever you want." You and Bucky look at each other with smiles on your faces "Really?" She laughs "Yeah." The three of you walk from store to store buying clothes and you and Nat buying some jewelry. You come across a ring, it has a black band with a white oval stone and two diamonds on the side of it "Whoa, this ring is beautiful." Nat smiles at you "Well go ahead and get it." You look at her with a big smile on your face. You buy the ring and show Bucky "Look Bucky, do you like it?" He grabs your hand and smiles "It's beautiful just like you doll." You blush a little bit, you guys continue shopping for a bit when you come across a shop with phones and ipods. You go inside while Bucky and Nat are in a different store. You look around and see an ipod just like yours but the you have is gold and the one your looking at is blue. You secretly buy the ipod and a pair of earbuds. You meet back with Bucky and Nat and you all decide to go back home. You guys finally get home "So how'd you like shopping?" Nat asks you and you smile "It was a lot of fun, thank you Nat me and Bucky really appreciate it." She smiles "Anytime" you and Bucky go back to your room and you lay down all your guys's bags on the bed. "Wow, we sure did buy a lot of things." He laughs "Yeah we did." You sigh kind of tired from walking around almost all day. "Come on I'll put my stuff away and you go put your stuff away." He nods and grabs his bags and goes to his room. You open the bag with the ipod and headphones and you hide it in your dresser. You finally put your stuff away and go to bucky's room. "I'm finished, what about you?" He laughs "Yeah almost." You help him put some of his clothes away and when you finish you both collapse on the bed "I'm exhausted." He laughs "Yeah me too. Want to take a nap for a bit." You yawn "Yeah." You set an alarm for an hour and you both fall asleep. The alarm goes off and you wake up and turn it off. You stretch and see Bucky do the same. "Hey, your birthday is coming up, what do you want to do for it?" You lool at him and sigh "Come on Bucky, you know I don't wanna celebrate my birthday." He looks at you and rolls his eyes "Why not, it's a special day." You chuckle "What's so special about it?" He laughs "You know it's just the most important day, the day you were born." You smile "Look if you wanna celebrate it so bad then fine we can celebrate, I just don't want a huge party for it or anything." He smirks "Okay." You look at him suspiciously "What do you mean by that?" He laughs "Oh nothing." You both get up "Hey Bucky, I wanna go see Loki for a little, he looks so bored down there and I wanna take him some stuff to keep him busy." He looks at you and thinks about it. "Okay go ahead." You get confused by how easy it was for him to let you go. "Um okay, I'll see you later." He smirks "Okay doll." You leave Bucky's room and quickly go to your room and get the bag with the ipod and earbuds and go to the lab "Hey Tony, sup Bruce." They both look at you surprised "Oh hey kid what's up." Tony says to you "Hey y/n." Bruce says to you with a smile "Hey Tony do you have a library here?" He leans against the table "Yeah on the 12 floor." You smile "Okay thanks." You leave and take the elevator to the 12 floor and you get some books. You go to Loki and sit down at his cell "Hey Loki I'm back." He turn around and smiles "Hello darling, how was your little trip?" He sits down as well "It was a lot of fun we went shopping." He smiles "Well I'm glad you had fun. What do you have there?" He points to the bag "Oh I actually brought some things for you, I know it can be boring being here all day by yourself so I brought you some things to occupy yourself." You say taking out some books that you brought and slide them through the slot of the cell. "Romeo and Juliet, The art of nothing falling apart, thank you darling." He reads the covers of all the books you brought him "Of course Loki, I also brought you this." You take out the ipod and earbuds "I got this at the mall for you, also don't worry I already set up a various set of playlists for you to listen to." You slide it through the slot "Thank you midgaurdian, I appreciate your concern." He says smiling at all the things you brought him. You both talk for a bit and he even starts reading Romeo and Juliet to you.
