Chapter 28: The date pt. 2

"Y/n Rogers, will you marry me?" He asks pulling out a ring with a huge green stone and diamond around it, you are so surprised by what just happened "YES! Of course I will marry you!" You say starting to tear up and you hug him and kiss him, he puts the ring on your finger and you kiss him again "That's why Tony was acting so weird before we left because he knew didn't he?" You say laughing "Yes he knew, the whole tower did." He says smiling "Oh my gosh Loki this is so crazy, no wonder you went all out." You say still trying to process what happened "I'm so happy you said yes darling, I can't wait to marry you and make you mine officially." You blush "I can't wait either, I'll be all yours." You say kissing him. You both lay with each other watching the sunset and eventually you go home and you see everyone in the main room waiting for you both to get home, when you see everyone waiting in the main room you immediately go up to them and hold out your hand "Omg that is a beautiful ring!" Nat said immediately running up to you "I know right? It's the prettiest ring I've ever seen." You say smiling "Congrats kid! I'm happy for you." Tony says giving you a hug "Thank you Tony." You say smiling "Wow, my girls all grown up now isn't she." Steve says hugging you "Aww dad don't worry, I'll always be your little girl." You say laughingly hugging him back "I know you will." Tony interrupts "I am throwing a party as a celebration!" He says excitedly "Right now?" You ask surprised "Of course right now." He say laughing "Okay then, let's party!" You say and everyone yells in celebration, eventually people start arriving for the party and congratulating you and Loki and you all have a wonderful time "Wow Tony this party is crazy." You say laughing "Well I had to go all out for you." He says laughing "Thank you Tony, your amazing." You say hugging him, at first he's taken back but then hugs you back "I love you Kid." You smile "I love you too Tony." You both pull away from the hug and you enjoy the rest of the night, the party lasts til 3 in the morning and your starting to fall asleep and eventually you fall asleep on Loki "Thank you for the party Tony, we both really appreciate it but I think we should go to bed now." He says picking you up "Of course Loki, congrats again." He says smiling, Loki takes you to your guys's room and he carefully lays you down and covers you and he lays down next to you "I love you y/n." He whispers, he kisses you on the forehead and he falls asleep too. In the morning you wake up and feel extremely tired but you look at your hand and you see the ring and immediately smile knowing your soon going to be y/n Laufeyson, you feel a kiss on your shoulder "Admiring your ring?" He says chuckling "Yes, it's beautiful Loki." You say blushing "How does it feel to almost be y/n Laufeyson?" He asks smiling "It feels amazing." You say laughingly. All of the sudden you hear a knock at the door "Come in." You say, Loki and you get out of bed and you see Nat enter the room "Good morning sleepy heads." She says smiling "Good morning Nat." You say smiling "So are you ready to start planning your wedding?" She says excitedly "Um no actually I haven't even thought about it yet." You say nervously laughing "Well good thing I have already starting planning it and I have so many cute ideas to go with." She says pulling out a folder with a bunch of papers is it "Also we have to go dress shopping and look at caterers and ugh so many things." You look at Loki surprised and he gives you the same look back and starts to laugh "I think your overwhelming her Nat." Loki says laughing "Oh sorry girl, but we have to start planning to give you the best wedding of your life." She says smiling "Thank you Nat I really appreciate it but do you think maybe we can talk about it after breakfast?" You say smiling "Oh of course, sorry." She says laughing nervously, you and Loki head down to the main room and have some breakfast and talk for a bit and you both get ready for the day and you meet Nat back in the main room and you both talk about preparations for your wedding and places to look at and dress places to go to and even the theme of the wedding "So I think the theme should be green and gold, what do you think?" Nat asks you curiously "I think that's a great idea, I think green and gold go really well with each other." She smiles "Great!" She says excitedly you both talk about it for hours and places you both need to visit. You can't help but smile at how Nat is so invested in helping you "Thank you for helping me plan Nat, I really appreciate it." You say smiling "Of course girl, anything for my best friend." She says smiling.
