Chapter 8: Confused

"W-what?" You said confused and just shocked by what he said. How can this be, a man that almost destroyed the city and kidnapped you likes you. "I said I want yo be your other half darling." He says putting his hand on the glass, you step back and look at him completely taken back by what he just said. "How can you, you don't even know me well." You try to make him think rationally "I know you well enough to know I want you pet." You get upset "You want me?! Loki you almost destroyed the city and almost killed my friends. And you also kidnapped me!" You try and keep your distance from him even though you are separated since your in a cell. "I understand your confusion, but ever since I saw you at the tower I felt a need to be with you. Did you not feel the same?" He gives you a sad look and you look down "I only felt bad for you, that's it." You tell him with a straight face. Though when you saw him that first time you met you did feel a connection towards him, but you ignored it because how could you be with the bad guy? "I'm sorry Loki but I don't feel that way towards you, I don't think I ever will." He looks back up giving you an evil grin "You will darling." He says as he walks away. You feel a bit of fear as to what he meant by that. Back again the Tower everyone is still trying to find you especially Bucky. "Tony, it's been two weeks already. Have you not found anything?" He gives Tony an anxious look "Bucky you come in here every single day asking the same question, we are checking every possible place on earth to see where she is because like I said before he could have taken her anywhere. Japan, Mexico, even Antarctica. Trust me we want her back too." He puts his hand on bucky's shoulder and goes back to work. Bucky gets irritated and decides to look for you himself. He gets a motorcycle from Tony and leaves looking every where for you. He drives around almost all day looking for you but he doesn't find you. He decides to go back to the tower, he looks angry when he walks in "Oh hey Bucky, where have-." He cuts Tony off by just walking past him and straight to his room. Be lays on his bed and a tear falls down his cheek. "Where are you doll?" He says sadly. Back to where you are with Loki you spent the whole day trying to escape the cell and trying to use your powers over and over again but it doesn't work, your stuck. You go back to the corner of the cell and decide to sleep. You dream you and Bucky are with each other again enjoying a day out with ice cream "Bucky this is great, the most fun I had in a while." You look at him giving him a smile "Yeah me too doll." He says giving you a smile back. It seemed like everything was going your way, until it wasn't. You see Loki come out in front of you both and you guys stop in your tracks "Hello, my little pet." He says with a smile "Loki? What are you doing here, your supposed to be locked up!" He gives you a smirk "Well I escaped, and I could leave without you darling." He says blasting bucky in the stomach "Bucky!" You yell running to him "Bucky get up, come on get up!" You start crying and shaking him trying to wake him up but he doesn't, you check his pulse and you don't find a single beat. Your overwhelmed with emotion and you scream and send off a power wave and you hear Loki's voice "Your mine forever pet." He says as he starts laughing. You wake up screaming when you see Loki comes running to your cell and opens it and comes to you to comfort you "Darling, what's wrong, are you okay?!" He asks you about to hug you "Get away from me!" You say yelling and hitting him "Y/n calm down, it was just a dream." He says grabbing your arms "You killed him, you killed him you monster!" Your crying and trying to fight him "Y/n I didn't kill anyone, it was bad dream." He says trying to calm you down, he's able to hug you. "Bucky, he's gone." You say holding onto Loki crying "Darling, he's not gone it was just a dream. Please calm down." You continue crying and he is holding you trying to calm you down "Shh shh darling, your alright." He says holding you. You eventually end up falling asleep after a while. When you wake up you look over to see your still in Loki's arms and look around and see the doors of the cell are still open. You think about leaving but before you get up you feel Loki tighten his grasp around you "Please, don't leave me." You see him still asleep for some reason you decide not to leave. You wait til Loki wakes up staring at the door of the cell. After a little while Loki finally wakes up and sees your still with him. "Good morning darling, are you okay." You look at him and look down "Yeah, I'm ok." You say sadly. "I'm sorry you had to see me that way last night, I get nightmares sometimes. Usually Bucky helps me with them and I help him with his." He looks at you with a sad expression "It's ok darling, as long as your alright now. I'm surprised you didn't try to leave." You look at him and look back down "Um yeah, I kind of am too." He gives you a small smile but it goes back to normal "If you want darling, would you like go talk about your dream last night." You continue looking at the floor. You explain the dream to Loki and he sees a tear fall from your face. He turns your face towards him "I promise you I would never hurt you like that darling." He wipes your face with his thumb. You both look at each other in the eyes and you can see that he means what he said "I believe you." You say with a small smile, he smiles at you and leans in closer to you, before you could do anything he kisses you. Your mind is racing, but you don't want to pull back. You actually enjoy it a little bit. "Is this really happening?" You think.
