Kinabukasan maaga akong nagising dahil nag-set ako ng alarm. I have to call my lawyer to ask about my annulment. Pero hindi paman ako natapos sa morning routine ko mas nauna pa itong tumawag sa akin.

"Good morning,Attorney. I hope it's a good news." I said in low voice hoping to hear some good news early in the morning.

Well I'm really expecting that he will sign that damn papers, 'yon ay kung totoong valid ang lintek na kasal na yon.

Ano naman ang mapapala niya kung hindi siya pipirma diba? In the first place he's the one who dumped me.

"Miss Valderama, Mr. Castillo's lawyer called me that his client declined to sign the annulment we sent to them."

Oh so the marriage is real?

I'm surprised pero agad din akong nakabawi. Knowing the a**whole in a short period of time hindi na ako nagtataka kung papahirapan niya ako.

Hindi ko maintindihan kung anong pinaglalaban niya gayong siya naman ang umalis ng hindi nagpapaalam. May pa emergency pa siyang nalalaman. Emergency his ass!

"What are the grounds you included for the annulment Attorney?"

Hindi ko kasi alam kung anong nilagay niya dun sa petition. Ang sabi ko sa kanya kahapon siya na ang bahala. Ilagay niyang bakla ito, o di kaya impotent, physically abusive, mentally incapacitated, cheater at madami pa, wala akong pakialam basta lang mahiwalay ako sa kanya, period. That's the main objective I want to be annulled, to erase any connection with him.

"I stated that he is a gay and he don't have the capacity to please you the way a husband should please his wife."

I was shocked at what he said. Sa dami ng grounds yun pa talaga ang napili ni Attorney. Hindi ko tuloy maiwasang mamula dahil biglang nagflashback yong mga ginawa niya sa akin. The heck?!

"...The rest they can prove that it's not true because he has a good reputation, but we still can try that. Our claims for him being impotent...uhm, well we can add but it's hard to prove but still we can use since wala pa din namang nag-claim na may anak sa kanya."

Tama nga naman it's hard to prove not unless...No! He didn't shoot inside. I'm sure of that. I saw it with my two eyes.

But...what if may anak na nga siya? I felt a slight pain in my chest pero agad ko din itong binura. I don't want to entertain any thoughts about him.

Mag-anak siya sa iba,wala akong pakialam. Tang-ina niya!

Why is he making it hard for me? Kung sana pumirma nalang siya e di tapos ang usapan. Makakabalik na ako sa dati kong buhay ng walang pinoproblema.

"By the way his lawyer requested to meet you. Gusto daw makipag-usap ng client niya sayo. Do you want me to set a schedule?"

Wow! May balak pa talaga siyang magpakita sa akin. Para ano? Para ipamukha sa akin na hindi niya ako type? Na hindi siya nag-enjoy sa pisteng honeymoon na yon! Kaya niya ako iniwan?

"No need Attorney, tell his lawyer I will not see his client ever again. I will leave everything to you Attorney. I trust you on this matter. I hope bago ako makapuntang Paris tapos mapirmahan niya na yan."

"Wala na ba talagang pag-asa, Miss Valderama? Mahirap din kasi kalabanin ang abugado niya." Seryosong tanong ni Attorney Rosales.

"Why, who's the lawyer?"

Curious kong tanong. It's the first time na marinig kong nahirapan ang abugado ko. Does it mean I have to find another lawyer who can help him?

"Judge Gonzales, The same judge who officiated your marriage."
