We were so close to going a couple years without aliens. I mean seriously, why can't they leave us alone? What's so special about Earth anyway? I was asleep on the school bus when I was very rudely woken up by Peter elbowing me in the side, forcing me to jerk awake.

'What?' I groan. I look over to see Peter staring out the window at a spaceship. A huge, fucking, spaceship. I was already having a pretty bad day. It was going to get worse. 'What the hell?'

Peter tapped Ned who was sitting in front of us. 'Ned, hey. We need you to cause a distraction.'

Ned turns around and see's the spaceship. 'Holy shit! We're all going to die! There's a spaceship!'

Students scramble to the windows in the back to get a good look at it. I nod at Peter who quickly slides on a web shooter and opens the emergency window on the opposite side of the bus. I let him go first, knowing he has to put a mask on. I follow a second later, tapping my ring twice (a new Stark invention) to get my suit and mask on before jumping out the window. I fly above Peter towards the direction of the ship. We get there just in time for me to block an alien's hammer with my magic, keeping it from hitting my dad.

'Hey dad, what's up?' I said.

'Kid, where'd you come from?' he asked me.

'Field trip,' I said, right before I get thrown to the side by the alien thing. I land hard and with a grunt.

'What's this guy problem, Mr. Stark?' Peter asked.

'Oh, you're both here,' dad mumbled. 'He's from space. He came here to steal a necklace from a wizard.'

'Sweet,' I mumble.

I get up and fly back as Peter gets caught in a claw that I thought was a hammer. He gets thrown in a circle and into the ground. I soften his landing and then stop a car the guy threw, pulling it back and hitting the alien over the head with it. I stop a blow to my dad as something comes flying past. I lose my concentration, and my dad then has to block the hit.

'That's the wizard,' said dad. 'You two get on it.'

'Right,' I said, taking off after Peter.

We were following a squidward-like creature who was following the apparent wizard. We turn a corner and Peter gets hit with a Rocket Mortgage billboard. I resist the urge to laugh as I take a shortcut to cut off the squidward. When I get there, the wizard was flying to the ground. I catch him with my powers and lift him so he's in front of me with one hand. I go to fly off when a cone of blue light surrounds me and the wizard. I feel it start to pull the both of us up. I then feel a web wrap around my ankle and look down to see Peter attempting to hold me down. I focus my energy on keeping the wizard with me. Peter was relying on a light pole, but Squidward, uproots it and the three of us get pulled up.

'Uhm, dad?' I say. 'We're sorta being beamed up!'

'Hang on, kid,' dad said.

Peter and I cling to the side of the rising ship. It was a lot easier for him to hang onto the side of the ship than it was for me. But his suit didn't allow him to breathe, it wasn't made for space, mine was. Dad made sure of it on the latest model. He had to hurry.

'Pete you gotta let go,' dad said through comms. 'I'm gonna catch you.'

'But you said save the wizard!' Peter said. I look up and see him take his mask off. 'I can't breathe!'

'You're too high up,' I said. 'You're running out of air.'

'Yeah,' Peter said. 'That makes sense.'

I watch Peter start free-falling and I try to reach for him before he hits into something, but the new suit gets to him first. The iron, Spidey, suit. I opted out of the iron suit. I didn't need to look that much like my dad. Peter lands on the bottom part of the ship, conscious again.

'Mr. Stark, it smells like a new car in here,' he said.

'Happy trials, kids,' dad said. 'Friday, send them home.'

A parachute emits from the back of my suit, and I swallow back a scream. I had been falling for only a second when I feel something grab my ankle, suspending me in midair. I look towards the ship to see Peter had managed to shoot a web at the side of the ship and also shoot a web to grab me. I got the parachute off and gave myself a boost to a slowly closing chamber. I climb in next to Peter and let out a breath once I reach somewhat solid ground.

'We should have stayed on the bus,' I said as the doors close.

'Probably,' Peter said nodding.
