*Warning* Not quite suicidal thoughts but close to it.

I lost track of how long we were traveling. I think it has only been a few days but I had no way to tell. I loved waking up and being able to look out at the vastness of the universe. However, X'enonn seemed to be struggling.

She mostly kept to herself unless I interacted with her first, which I was mostly ok with. She also wasn't sleeping very much. I've seen her try a few times but she would be overcome by nightmares which terrified me. I'm too afraid to wake her up as she might strike me on accident because she is so pumped with adrenaline.

When she does eventually wake up is when awkward silence and tension fill the room. I don't exchange words as I know she won't want to talk about it, I just sit there sitting on the far side of my bed watching her. That's when she leaves her pile of blankets on the floor and leaves the room. She doesn't like the bed. She'll start off in it but quickly moves to the floor. I've asked her why before but she only replied that she wasn't used to a bed.

We barely looked through the Bombshell files since we looked at X'enonn's background information. She didn't exactly take it well. We had to take it slow and even though I was curious I had to respect her boundaries for not only my safety but hers as well. She isn't exactly stable. I promised her I wouldn't look unless she was there with me and was sure she was comfortable. I had to admit, she has been through a lot, she doesn't have any family or friends.

I mentioned the word 'friend' in front of her once and she was completely taken aback by the term. She looked at me like I was an idiot for even considering the idea. The immediate response of "Why?" escaped her lips. Not really knowing what else to say, I just replied with a "Why not?"

There was a reason why my visions lead me to her, I just had to figure it out.

On the bright side, I asked X'ennon to teach me how to fight. She was reluctant at first but I reassured her that I trusted her enough not to hurt me on purpose. If DRAKO or anyone else came after us I couldn't rely on just my visions and X'ennon alone. I had to learn how to defend myself. I feel like I'm not picking up as fast because I'm so limited in this space in what I can do. Our training consists of more lectures than actual fighting because of the limited physical contact on both of our sides.

After long discussions, we both came to a conclusion about living on the planet Earth. It just made sense really. It was far away. Both of us knew a decent amount of what goes on on Earth, of course for different reasons.

My parents used to tell me stories so I'm not sure if what I know is actually true. X'ennon on the other hand would eavesdrop on DRAKO conversations. Being a pink Kree, I already looked a lot like a Caucasian human. The only thing worth worrying about would be my eye color as it is not a naturally occurring blue color humans have. It wasn't too big of a concern though as colored contacts are a thing. I was thinking about dying my hair as well, maybe a silver or dark grey color to help mask out my natural blonde.

Seeing X'ennon shapeshift into a human was really weird at first. She was so easily able to change anything about her appearance; her body shape, height, eye color, hair color, hairstyle, face structure, whatever. She could even change her outfits due to her suit being able to change its appearance too. It honestly scared me.

After many hours I think she finally decided on a look. Her height and body shape was similar as her natural body, tall but not as bulky. Her deep facial lines were replaced with smooth light brown skin. Her ears were smaller and rounded rather than long and pointed. Her eyes faded from wine purple to honey brown. Her bald head grew long dark forest green hair that she kept in a messy bun.

I couldn't lie, she looked good.

I finally sat up from my small bed, my body aching to go back to bed. Going against myself, I stood up and walked to the kitchen to grab a snack. I then walked towards the cockpit as I knew X'enonn would be sitting in there making sure we were on track to Earth.
