CHAPTER 10

While waiting for aurora you began to unpack.
You heard the door open so you went out to greet her as she walked in Severus did after her.
"Oh my dear I missed you!" You exclaimed hugging her tightly as she hugged you back the same.
"I missed you too" she said as you let her go
"Are you excited about your first game"
"More scared than excited"
"I'm sure you'll do great"
"Are you going to watch?"
"Are you kidding me I wouldn't miss it for the world"
"What about you"
"I'll be there darling"
"Alright now go get some sleep dear" you say to her
"Goodnight" she says to you and Severus as she goes to your room.
Leaving you and Severus in a awkward silence.

"So how was your break?" He asked breaking it.
"It was good I really needed it" you say getting up
"And your meeting?" He asked
"Went as expected, the minister refusing to believe anything but still wanting to be cautious" you say
Making two cups of tea
"He's just added more work for me to do I'm barely going to have time for anything" you say walking back to where he was seated handing him a cup.
"What do you mean work?" Severus asks taking a sip
"I must discover the chamber before the students do, I have to figure out what's inside and so much more, along with teaching, patrolling, grading and I have to help Lockhart I don't think he knows a thing" you say
"That does seem like a lot, maybe I could help you?"
"Really you'd want to, are you sure?" You ask
"Of course that's what friends are for" he says with a small smile 'ouch' you thought
"Thank you Severus" you say hugging him
"Your welcome" he replied patting your back
"Well I should be going, thank you for the tea" he says getting up
you do the same taking the cups to the sink.
"Goodnight y/n" he says by the door
"Goodnight, see you tomorrow" you say watching him close the door, you lock it and go to your room, changing in to your sleepwear before climbing in to be next to aurora.

The next morning you woke at 9am to the sun creeping through your curtains.
You get up and head to the bathroom for a quick shower as you washed your neck you could feel the bruises on your neck remembering and feeling regret

After your shower you looked in the mirror seeing your neck scattered in hickies making you cringe.
After pulling on your undergarments you slide your robe on and go in to your closet for something warm and non-revealing to wear.

You made your way to your kitchen and made something to eat for yourself and aurora.
After setting the table you went to wake her.
"Come on dear wake up" you say gently shaking her
She rolled over grumpily groaning and stretching
"Go get ready and come eat" you say
Walking back in to the kitchen you start to dish out the food for the two of you.
A short while later she came out still in a mood.
"Come eat babe" you say sitting down
She comes and takes the seat next to you and begins eating with you.
After you both finished breakfast you went your separate ways you went to grade papers while she went to go practice.

You were sitting in your classroom for a couple hours when there's a knock on the door.
"Come in you call out" checking the time
The door opens and Lockhart steps in.
You start to grab your things as it was getting closer to the time auroras game starts.
"I wanted to see you" he says stepping closer
"Why?" You ask pulling your coat on
"To talk about what happened" he said
"What happened did not happen"
"But it did"
"It was a drunken mistake, and won't happen again" you say grabbing your purse and wand to leave
"That's what they all say" he says with a smug look causing you to scoff as you approach him
"Well when I say it I mean it" as you pass him but he grabs you by the waist pulling your back to his front
You can feel his bulge brush against your ass making you flustered, he spins you around pushing you up against a wall attacking your neck in kisses.

"Gilderoy" you gasp as he squeezes your ass
He makes his way up to your lips kissing you He moves back to your neck going down to your chest unbuttoning your blouse leaving hickeys along your collar bone.
Looking at the time you see that your late.
"Gilderoy I have to go!" You say pushing him off you
Rushing out of your class room you throw your scarf on and hurry towards the quidditch field.
On your way up the many steps to where your supposed to be you bump in to a man.
The same man from the ministry.
"Excuse me" you say as you pass him
Taking a seat by Severus out of breath and sweaty
"You've made it" he says looking at you
"I have" you say brushing your hair from your face
"And indecent" the man says taking a seat by you
You look at him with furrowed brows when you see him look down at your unbuttoned blouse.
Clearing your throat you button up your shirt and pull your coat closer to you folding your arms.
Severus looks at you with a brow raised in confusion before looking at Lucius and addressing him.
"Lucius" he says looking forward again
Your eyes widen at the mention of his name
"Severus" he says looking at his walking stick
You look around the players trying to spot aurora
She flys by on her broom with draco following.
you smile seeing her happy face as she looks at you.
Feeling someone's eyes on you, you look towards Severus then to Lucius but they aren't looking at you.
Looking across the field with great eyesight you saw Lockhart staring at you from behind dumbledore.
You roll your eyes as a small smile spreads across your face as you place your hand on your neck feeling the small painful bruises starting to form.
You let out a sigh wrapping your scarf around your neck to they don't show, you know it's wrong to be feeling this way but someone was giving you attention for the first time in years, You couldn't help but to bask in it for just a moment or longer.
