The afternoon drifted by in a tedious manner. Sometime after Bobby left, in the morning, Mary found herself in the service of her two Aunt's. She wished she had followed in Lori's steps and slept over at Gwen's house too.

Upon entering the big house, Verbena approached her with a list of Saturday chores. Mary shook her head and bit her lip. Her only thought was Barf me out!

She cast an evil glare at the list. The list held a ton of items. Everything from organizing beach  floats and cleaning up the guest cottage, to taking Audrey Hepburn to the groomer's.

What a fun day this is going to be.

In order for Mary to get in the mood to clean, she needs to feel good about it. So, off to her closet she flounced. First order of business a cute cleaning outfit. Black shortie shorts— check. Grey fitted T-shirt—- check. Blue and lavender, printed, silk Pucci scarf to tie on the head—- check. Yellow heels—- check (just because I may have to clean doesn't mean sacrificing style). Now she was ready. Looking in the mirror Mary said, "Ladies of Dynasty eat your heart out."

Meanwhile at Tommy's house, Bobby is feeling relaxed and at ease. With a beer in one hand, air hockey striker in another, he's currently beating Dutch. Anytime he can beat Dutch is a good day. He always talks too much smack, but the follow through is sometimes lacking. It's also funny to see him get all worked up.

"Come on man! You've got to be kidding me," Dutch exclaimed. He slammed his striker on the table.

Bobby raised his eyebrow in question. His inner sarcasm was pushing to get out. He said, "Here in air hockey I'm better than you. And I know it."

"Oh Brown. Ha, ha, ha you're so funny! See this puck it's going in that hole now," stated Dutch with frustration. He hit the puck, but it caught the side of the table, and returned to him. He threw the striker across the room. "That's it I'm done. Who's up for beer pong?"

All the guys laughed at his fit of frustration, while raising their hands.

Back at Mary's house, she completed the beach organizing. She had already cleaned the guest cottage, immediately after Bobby departed. So now all she had left was the upstairs in the big house. She feverishly worked to get it done. Her bedroom is always kept semi-neat, so she only had the  lounge area left. She took the Teen Magazines and put them in order, by edition, on the coffee table. Then she carried the books over to the shelves and began putting them away.

As she was pushing a book back in place, it hit on something. She tried it again, but it still caught. Moving the other books out of the way, she noticed a decorative, ornamental box. She took it down from the shelf, and blew the dust off it's lid.

Mary remembered this box. She hasn't seen it in years! The books and chore list long forgotten, she carefully carried the box downstairs. She hurried to the shed out back, hopped on the four-wheeler, and sped off.

Over at Tommy's, Bobby sat keeping score of Beer Pong. It was down to Johnny scoring on Tommy. So far his team (himself and Jimmy) were winning over Dutch and Tommy. If Johnny sinks this ball, then it's lights out.

Johnny took the pong ball in his hand and swooosh... it landed in a cup. Game, set, match! Dutch stumbled. With slurred speech he said, "I losh anocher game. Here goes nuddin!" He chugged the beer, in the cup, down as Tommy grabbed his own cup. He chugged his too.

Then Tommy remarked, "Whada hell is my shirt off?" He looked down. "Oh, it'sh skill here." He broke out laughing.

Dutch came over to him and grabbed in a big hug. "I freakin'... love you man!" He turned to the other guys, "I freakin'... love you guysh too!"
