"What the hell does that means?" I asked, confusion's all over my feature.

"It means, my dear Avery, you're sucks at logarithm," Diana replied bluntly. She shows me her sympathetic look but it just not working on me.

"Hey! That's rude," I snap offendedly. "It's not my fault that I'm not good at calculus."

Mr. Matthew instead, focusing his eyes on me. "Come on, Avery. Logarithm is easy,"

"Because you're a math teacher," I snorted.

"Am I right, everyone?" He clarified. The rest of the class mumbled 'yes' and I feel completely aside.

Too much geniuses in this room.

Eventually we got out of the auditorium, and since it's Saturday and there's baseball practice so there's Nate, and Diana keeps bugging me when I exited the school.

"Please please please?" She gives me her appealing looks, but again, it's not working on me.

"What do you want, Ana?"

She startled by me calling her nickname, but she didn't look bothered. "Let's go um.... what do you people called it.. uh. Go out?"

My eyebrows are raised. "Go out?"

She pursed her lips. I thought for a second, then suddenly realizes what she just said. "Did you just said, go out?"

Ana nodded, she looks nervous as hell and I try not to burst my laughter.

"You mean you wanna hang out with Nate?" I grinned as I bit my lip to hold my attemption to laugh.

"Yes, yes! Hang out!" she pointed out.

Okay that's it, I can't hold back my laugh. The sounds of my laughter filled the hallway instantly. Diana, the nerdy girl with some strange vibes, have the guts to go hanging out with the popular guy named Nate?

Man, this is a strike.

"Stop laughing, okay?" she cried out.

"Alright, alright, go have fun you two." I walked past her. But out of my expectation, she grabbed my arms.

"Wait - no! I want you to go too,"

I frowned. "Nah, I don't want to ruin your first date."

Diana was taken aback by the term 'date', it's so damn obvious.

"Date? W-what? No! It's-it's not a date!"

Seriously, seeing a nerd acting like shy cat like this, is fucking entertaining.

At the end she forced me by pushing my body to walk to the field where Nate and his friends doing whatever they all doing. The practice had ended a minutes ago, so it's perfect timing for her.

"Avery! Miss me already?" Nate smirked as he was approaching us. He was surprised to see Diana. "Oh, uhm. Hey Diana,"

I crossed my arms, not really enjoying the tension betweem us three. Diana didn't expect me to ask Nate to hang out, did she? Of course. She's too scared. "She wants to hang out with you."

He looked skeptical. "Uh, sure.. I guess. Where to?"

Diana keeps playing with her fingers like a nervous schoolgirl and that drives me crazy. "Ana. Talk." I whispered firmly.

She shrugged a little bit, giving me her please-help-me look. I'm done. "I'll leave you two lovebirds here. See ya!"

Oh what a pleasure to see Diana's reaction after my sudden move. She looked panicked as hell.. I want to laugh until death. Too much fun here. See the point is, why I didn't want to join them, is because Harry wants to take me somewhere today. I was genuinely agreed.
