War of the Titans

Well Shit

I walked into the conference room. Everyone was here at their seats. I sat on my throne and the meeting began.
"Last night at 6:37 pm the scouts returned from a mission to find the location of Erebus' army or a base." Connor said. "They found something a lot more interesting though."
He brought up a holographic image on the world map. It was a mountain that had clouds swirling around it that constantly had thunder and lightning going off. It was so dark that you could only see when the lightning flashed and even then it was hard to see.
"Connor is this.." I said.
"Mount Tartarus." He said. The prison of the Titans. "Caleb we found it."
"We should nuke it." The leader of the New United States, Jack Robinson, said.
"We couldn't get a missile in there with all the lightning. And most likely some magical guard." I said.
"What do we do?" Matthew said. Everyone looked at me.
I hate being the leader. It was a few minutes before I said anything. "Everyone it's time." I said rising from my throne. "The final battle is almost here. This will determine if we leave our mark on humanity with this battle or if humanity crumbles to the Titans."
"Erebus needs the bow though." Cayden said.
"Erebus will find other ways to break them out." I said. "We must go to Mount Tartarus and destroy it before the Titans can be released. I will bring the bow if it is needed to destroy the mountain."
"But what if it's a trap?" Charles said.
"Yeah Erebus is probably waiting for us to bring the bow." Wyatt said.
"Than we take that risk." I said. I looked to Augustus and the other leaders. "If we fail I want you to promise me Augustus, promise me you won't stop fighting till we are avenged."
"I promise." He said.
"So do I." Nico said.
"Same here." Jerome said.
"I'll cut them all down." Pluto said.
Soon every one had agreed to avenge us. "In a weeks time we will attack Mount Tartarus." I said. "This gives us time to say goodbye to everyone just in case."
"Your gonna come back alive." Augustus said. "None of you better leave us."
"Well gee I'll try not to." Matthew said. "I think I'd take you guys over being mauled by Titans."
"You'd rather take the Titans or Courtney angry?" Cayden said.
"Titans! Titans Titans Titans!" Matthew said.
"I think we'd all take the Titans over our girlfriends or fiancés being pissed." I said. "And unlike yours mine can shoot beams of light or make the ground eat me."
"Ok that's right Caleb's fiancé can kick all ours asses." Matthew said.
"I love it when she gets feisty though. It's cute." I said. "Unless she's pissed at me than I fly away."
"And he can kick all of asses at once." Connor said. "Does that say anything about her?"
"It means run like hell." Matthew said.
"Ok let's stop talking about my hot fiancé." I said. "This is still a conference."
"Ok so we leave in a week?" Wyatt asked.
"Yes." I replied. "We will either fall or we leave our mark on humanity and be forever remembered in legend. Meeting adjourned."
