Charles' Story

Charles' POV

What's up everyone it's Charles! I'm gonna give a little backround and stuff about myself. Let's get started!
I'm now 19 and the oldest of the group. I'm 6 foot tall, have a black mohawk and I had glasses but a healing potion made me see perfect again. I've known Caleb for four years and him and I went to school together before this.
The day I got sucked into the game I saw the others except Caleb were on and was gonna join. Than I got sucked into here and, like the others, thought it was a dream. I had started going in one direction and when night came I just sat made a little hole in the wall of a small cave and blocked it off. Than I heard Caleb talking in my head.
I went back to spawn but it took me all day. So I found a hole (later I learned it was the one Wyatt made) and camped in it for the night.
I woke up and found a map and compass with a note. I read the note.
"Use this map and compass to find a city that resembles Sparta. You will find your friends in there. There is so much to come and you must play a role." -Ethos.
I decided to trust the note except for the Ethos part. I made my way to the city. At sundown I made it there. Then Caleb and the others found me. Then I was attacked the next morning.
Nothing really had happened for me since we'd been here like the others. But than Ethos came after practice. That changed things for me.
I was home after practice. Then a light appeared and Ethos was there. "Hello Charles." He said.
"Ethos." I said. "Your not stopping by for a surprise visit are you?"
"Not today." He said. "You will be given your powers without armor. Your inhuman strength, kinetic blasts and levitation without armor."
"Sweet!" I said.
"You just have to complete some dangerous trials." He said.
"Screw it!" I said. "Ok fine when are they?"
"Tomorrow. You will be partnered with Wyatt." He said. "Now sleep."
He waved his hand I was knocked out.
