Tartarus

The battle was won. I quickly checked on the wounded. I made a goodbye to my family and other friends. Eventually I had to say it to Ashley.
She ran up and jumped into my arms. I held her there and she cried into my chest. "Ashley?" I said.
She looked up. Her eyes were read ad still had tears running down her face. "What?" She managed to get out.
"I love you. You've made my life worth living. I've loved you since the day we met at the temple, the day we went shopping for the Thanksgiving celebration and through it all." She was crying into my chest again. I tipped her chin up. "Thank you Ashley for being the person I love. I could never ask for more or repay you."
"You have just by being who I love." She said. "If and when you come back can we just settle down for a while? Just you and I?"
I pulled her closer. "There's nothing I'd rather do." I kissed her for a long time. "I'll see you when I get back from saving the world ok?"
"Take me to dinner?" She said.
"Of course. Same place I proposed t you at." I said.
"Sounds great." She said. She kissed me again. "Bye Caleb I'll see you when you get back."
"Bye Ashley." I said before I sprouted wings.
The others were waiting for me. They made their goodbyes. I got in front of them. We nodded to eachother and took off. Within minutes we saw Erebus.
We were right behind Erebus. We were so close to finally killing him and ending all this. We realized there was one place he'd be going.
Tartarus.
I could see the mountain from a mile away. The lightning continued to flash and the sky still seemed darker.
Wyatt sped up next to me. "Caleb what's the plan here?" He asked.
"The plan is kill Erebus and if we can bury the Titans." I said. "I'm gonna have one of our camera drones live cast the battle so if needed we can nuke the place."
"Nukes may not be effective." Matthew said.
"No but it may slow them down." I said. I had the shadows bring me my comms earpiece. I hooked it up. "Void to New Sparta. New Sparta can you read me?"
A few seconds later I got a response. "Copy that Void."
"I need you to live cast a video feed to all sources across the globe. I will be using video drone 117." I said.
"Yes sir."
"If I give the word you send nukes in bound to my location even if I'm not out. Understood?"
"Yes sir."
I fell silent for a moment. "How's Conner doing? Whats his status?"
"He is walking a thin line between life and death. Doctors say he flat lined once or twice."
"You make sure he lives got it?" I said. "Hook him up to healing and regeneration potions."
"Copy that. Good hunting gentlemen."
Erebus flew into the mountain and we followed. We tracked him to a huge room, the size of a ballroom that was hollowed out to the top of the mountain.
Carved into the mountain were statues of the original heroes holding up the mountain. Than in the center, next to Erebus was a altar that had sides on it that allowed sight to see inside the cage. Inside were the Titans.
I counted 20 Titans right there. All dressed in a mixed variety of armor. The armor was made up of a metal like Erebus' but had different colors. The weapons made of a material I was unfamiliar with but looked like it could puncture our armor.
The Titans had blue, grey, black, white, gold and red blotched skin depending on the class. Some Titans, like the Titans of light had gold and white skin. The skin matched their elements like our armors and eyes.
Erebus laid against the altar. My warhammer was still imbedded in his stomach. I walked over to him and took out my scythes. He only smirked when he saw me coming.
"So hero this is where it ends?" He said and coughed up some blood. The others came into the room after me. "Looks like all but one of us are here for this."
I stabbed a scythe into each shoulder. "Shut the fuck up you piece of shit!" I said. "Say one more word and the Armageddon Bow sends you back to hell!"
"Do it!" He yelled back. "Kill me with the bow and the Titans get released! One has already escaped! My most powerful son!"
"How'd he escape?" I said. Suddenly I felt on edge.
"When I was released from this cage I used my power I had to bring him with me!" Erebus said.
Even if I kill him now the Titans will be released. There was no way to win.
I stabbed my sword into his eye. All this was too much. I was furious at it all.
"Do it. You know you want to kill me." He coughed up some blood. "My son, Typhon, will destroy you."
"Good luck with that." I said. I pulled my weapons out of him and summoned the bow. I would only use it if I needed to.
"It's too late boy. Let the games... Begin.." Those were the last words of Erebus before he died.
I hadn't even shot him. He bled out from the wounds of my weapons. That or he was just faking.
Just to be sure I raised my sword and stabbed right down through his head. There was no way he could survive that. I turned to walk away but I saw him start to levitate.
Just the way Caos had done when I defeated him. Though for some reason he wasn't going to me. His body shot towards the the corridor.
Out stepped a Titan larger than the others. His skin was black and red and he had black eyes. He seemed to have tattoos of lightning bolts and storms that kept shifting around his body. He looked like he could snap a giant tree in half with no problem.
He started to levitate towards Erebus. They flew closer too each other. I tried to intervene but some force kept me back. Finally they merged.
The Titan, Typhon I assumed, now was in a mixture of Erebus' devil armor and what looked like Voidium. His armor was so terrifying I almost wanted to crawl under a rock.
I took aim with the bow at him. Right before I shot he disappeared. I looked around and finally he appeared next to me and knocked the bow out of my hands.
He now had the bow. He aimed it at the Titans cage and released the arrow.
A light started to come from the cage. It rose till it became a ball of energy. The bow turned to dust and crumbled, apparently it used all it could to break the cage. The ball of light than exploded.
As my friends and I flew back I had the shadows take us to the city. Right before we vanished I saw the Titans crawling from their cage, hundreds erupting from the floor and finally the camera drone. Typhon noticed it and shot red lightning at it.
Than I was at the city gates. Many were wounded still. Everyone ran up and asked what happened.
"I want all allied kingdoms here!" I said. "The Titans are coming."
