War of the Titans

Titan War Part 1

Wyatts POV

I woke up to someone telling me that the Titans were a few miles outside the city wall. I threw on my armor, weapons and flew off my window to the front gate. We had an army of men, a few hundred thousand strong, with power armor. It was us versus literally a googleplex of Titans. I liked our odds.
I landed on top of the wall next to Matthew, Cayden and Connor. With us were the city leaders. Connor stood at the front of us with his sword in his hand. He leaned forward and started to make his speech.
"TODAY WE FIGHT FOR HUMANITY!! FOR OUR FREEDOM, FOR OUR FAMILY'S!! King Leonidas of Sparta put this the best when he said, 'No retreat. No surrender. This is Spartan law. We will stand and fight. And we will die. By the end of this all will know few stood against many.'
Leonidas was right in many things. Like now. A new age has begun. An age of freedom. And all will know that 300,000 warriors gave their last breath to defend it! Today we are like our deceased leaders favorite warriors, the Spartans. We will stand and fight like those 300 men did. We are the Spartans and these monsters threaten our home and way of life, like the Persians did to them.
Now we begin the fight for humanity! Let us not let those who died to get us here die in vain! Some of you today shall die. But you shall die for those you love and humanity itself. You shall give the ultimate gift for humanity and shall be remembered for all of eternity!"
Connor turned back and saw the Titans outside the gates. He pointed his sword towards them. "Everyone remember the formations and teams you have! Half of you spread out in teams through the city and half follow me!" Connor than sprouted his wings and took off towards the army.
"For humanity!" I yelled as I raised my sword and flew with him with Matthew and Cayden leading the city team.
Half of our army ran out the gates with their weapons raised. They all went into combat avatars and crashed into the front line of the Titans.
Connor and I made our way to Typhon but got stopped by five other Titans who we recognised from the drones video feed as Iapetus, Hyperion, Oceanus, Kronos and Astreaus. Each had weapons identical to the ones Primordials had except more demonic looking. Kronos was the first to talk.
"Look at the little heroes trying to get to our brother." He said while pulling out his sword.
"How adorable they think the little powers they have together can match Typhon." Astreaus said.
"Maybe we should show them they have no chance." Iapetus said as he took out a mace.
"Who says Typhon should get all the fun?" Oceanus said.
"Enough! Lets just end them!" Hyperion said as he notched a arrow in his bow.
"What you say Connor?" I said. "Think we should show them what we can do?"
He smiled. "I think we should." Iapetus, Kronos and Oceanus flew up in the air after him while Hyperiod and Astreaus flew after me.
Hyperion was literally as powerful as Cayden and Astreaus was as powerful as me. I was able to block and dodge but that took all I had I couldn't even make a single attack. Eventually Hyperion hit me in the back with his flail and sent me flying towards the ground.
As I caught myself in midair Astreaus dive bombed down and tackled me and flew me into the ground. Where we hit made a huge crater. He got off of me and right as I was getting up five arrows of light smashed me back into the ground and exploded around me.
I screamed in pain and Astreaus jumped down on my back. Hyperion landed down next to him and they both shot bolts of lightning and fire at my back. When they stopped Astreaus grabbed me and held me up by my head.
"Whats the matter hero? Can't take two Elder Titans?" He said.
Now was my chance. "No I cant." I said and closed my eyes. "But that doesn't mean I can't at least break you both." I opened my eyes and lightning crashed down on the crater and sent both Titans flying.
I got up and grabbed my swords. I flew up out of the crater to see both Titans waiting for me. I spun my swords around and than charged Astreaus while I hit Hyperion with a lightning bolt.
We were evenly matched. Eventually I gained the upper hand and slashed him across the chest. He stumbled back and right as I went to strike again Hyperion shot me with another arrow.
"Really getting tired of this guy!" I said as I got up. Both Titans charged at me. "Well shit." I said as both Titans attacked and I blocked and dodged.
I saw Connor get knocked down to the ground and the three other Titans fly after him. I flew towards him, grabbed him and yanked him towards the city. We needed the others for this.

Caydens POV
Matthew was on the ground while I was in the air with my bow. We were waiting for the Titans along with the rest of the army that wasn't on the front lines. I noticed Wyatt and Connor flying towards us with the five Elder Titans following them. We still had no sight on Typhon but I swear we could feel his presence as he made his way to the city.
I saw my Titan, Hyperion, take aim at Wyatts wings with his bow. Right before he released the arrow I shot mine towards him and our arrows hit midair. I yelled down to Matthew and he took to the sky's with me. I drew my sword as Matthew, Connor and Wyatt flew next to me. Wyatt had drawn his two swords, Matthew his trident and Connor drew his lance. When the Titans stopped in front of us they had their weapons, that matched ours, drawn and ready.
"You guys look a little beat up." I said to Connor and Wyatt. "Connor you may want to do that thing where you heal yourself and us."
"I haven't been able to. Not on a level I used to. Only a few scratches and cuts because my energy already does that." He said.
"Try it Cayden." I could hear a voice that sounded oddly like Ethos say in my head.
I focused on healing them all up and noticed light glowing around me and them. Next thing I knew we were all healed. Than I felt stronger myself after learning this and felt as in my power had tripled.
"Chaos and darkness are Caleb. Time itself is Connor. You are light Cayden, now the third strongest. Matched in power with Wyatt." Notch's voice said in my head. "However this means so is Hyperion. Good luck."
I rolled my shoulders and got tightened the grip on my sword. "Come on guys. For Charles and Caleb." I said.
Everyone tightened the grip on their weapons and flew at the other. Iapetus and Kronos flew at Connor. He was outmatched but none of us could help. Hyperion and I had our swords locked and in a struggle to beat the other. Matthew and Oceanus were equally matched in their tridents and were struggling to get the upper hand. Astreaus and Wyatt had blades locked and were trying to push off the other.
We all seemed evenly matched. Than Connor fell down through a building with both Iapetus and Kronos on him. He was unconscious and blood trickled down the side of his head. Than Kronos and Iapetus each targeted me and Wyatt.
Kronos threw his warhammer and it his Wyatt in the head. Wyatt turned around to strike but Astreaus slashed his wings off. Wyatt fell down next to Connor and couldn't get up. All that was left was me and Matthew.
Matthew held his own for a good three minutes against Iapetus and Astreaus but than he also fell. Next they all took me on and while I'd love to say I lasted more than the others, I was defeated in about 20 seconds.

Matthews POV

Well great. We all were defeated and on the ground about to be killed. And to make it worse now everyone else was as good as dead.
I tried to prop myself up on my trident to get back up. I fell the first time and as soon as I got back up again Oceanus hit me in the gut. He got stronger when Cayden healed us, cause a little something I didn't tell him was that Notch made three of us evenly matched in power.
Oceanus grabbed me by my hair and was about decapitate me using his axe when I heard a voice that sent chills down my spine. "Put him down for now brother. They each get to see mankind's last chance at hope die." The voice said.
Oceanus dropped me and turned around to see Typhon standing on top of a building next to us. Oceanus tightened his fists but soon relaxed. "As you wish brother." He spat out and literally spit acid at the ground.
What happened next happened to fast for almost anyone to register. A lance flew through the air and was an inch away from Typhon's face before he caught it. Typhon flipped it around and threw it back at its owner, Connor.
The lance pierced Connors armor and I could see the tip coming out of the back of his leg. I tried to help him but Oceanus just stepped down on my back so I couldn't move. I stood there helpless to watch what would happen next.

Connors POV

Well it was worth a shot. But than I was on the ground bleeding and with my own lance through my leg. I grabbed it by the shaft and pulled it out of my leg. Than I tried to prop myself against it to stand.
"You... You worthless, spineless piece of shit!" I said as I spat out some blood. "We will never give up! Not until we're all dead!"
As I said that I threw my warhammer at Kronos and while he was down threw my lance at Iapetus who barely dodged it. Oceanus and Hyperion charged me and even with a busted up leg I managed to make two deep slashes across both their chests before Astreaus threw his spear into my shoulder. As I hit the ground Iapetus leaped down on me with his bident. I grabbed it by one of the spear points. As Hyperion went to stab me I kicked him into another building. Oceanus than stabbed one of his daggers into my leg without the hole.
I coughed up blood but with my other hand stopped Astreaus from stabbing me with his spear. Kronos walked over me and right before he could end my life by his lance there was a sound of a explosion and something falling from the sky.
