Thomas's POV:

I woke up, Arrow and Artemis in my arms. I left them on the bed, curled up under the blanket. I changed into a pair of sweatpants, stuck in my AirPods, and walked to the gym. When I entered, Olivia was mid-squat, her ass showing in her leggings. Her headphones were in and she was humming a tune of a song.

Our song. Dream Of You. Liv even wrote it herself.

I looked away and grabbed onto the dumbbells. I guess she heard the clinking since she turned her head almost immediately and took her headphones out.

"I didn't know you'd be here," Liv crossed her arms.

"It's my house," I snapped. I walked towards the door and found it locked from the outside. I shook the handle a bit and pounded on the door. "It's locked."

"What?" She ran over and began twisting the knob. "It is locked."

Her fist pounded onto the door, attempting to have someone hear us and help. She eventually gave up and sat on the floor, shutting her eyes.

*Almost typed shitting her eyes*

"I'm sorry," I sat down next to her and sighed.

"For?" She asked.

"For leaving. I shouldn't have just got up and let you there. I know how hard it must've been," I replied.

"I cried for five days straight and tried to convince myself you'd be back," Liv began to fiddle with her bracelet. "And yet, you never came."

"I gave up my life for this. And I don't know why. We had such a great life planned. You'd go to college, I'd be continuing the tech career I wanted, and then when you graduated, we'd settle down in our own little apartment, get married sometime after, have kids. It was the perfect little life. And I gave it up to take care of 22 teenagers," I sighed.

"And I dropped out of college for this place thinking I'd get somewhere," She scoffed.

He's a bad dancer
He's a right answer
He's a shy singer
Most of the time, that's just him and I
He's an over-thinker
He's a slow kisser
A confessed sinner
All of the time when it's him and I

The lyrics played in my head.

And you squeeze my hands two times, three times
And believe me, I love you always, always

Always and forever.

All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you
All I do, since I met you, is dream of you
So could you stay with me, lay with me? Talkin' 'bout nothing, yeah
All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you

"Remember the nights we laid in my bed, just talking about nothing?" I asked.

I was not living
I was just writing about it
With my head spinning
Days passing by most of the time, yeah

"I do. They were my best memories next to the beach nights," She responded.

And you squeeze my hands two times, three times
And believe me I love you always, always

"The beach was gorgeous," I replied.

All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you
All I do, since I met you, is dream of you
So could you stay with me, lay with me? Talkin' 'bout nothing, yeah
All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you

"We just laid on the sand, our fingers interlocked, as we stared at the sky," Liv smiled.

I dream with you, I dream with you
I dream with you, yeah, only you
I dream with you, yeah, only you

"We always thought it was dumb until now," I joked.

Please say you dream of me too
Can you?
Please say you dream of me too

"Did you ever dream of me when we weren't together?" I asked.

All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you
All I do, since I met you, is dream of you, since I met you babe
So could you stay with me, lay with me? Talkin' 'bout nothing, yeah
All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you

"Every day. Happy memories and some sad," She answered.

All I do, the whole day through, is dream of you

"Did you?" She questioned.

"All the time. You always ran through my mind. How are you not tired?" I joked, making her chuckle.

"My legs are build different," She winked at me. "I regret that."

"It was cute," I nudged her shoulder.

"It wasn't," We heard the click of the lock and then got up.

"Thomas?" Alex questioned as he walked in. Olivia looked away, hiding her face.

"Someone locked us in. Thanks," I left the room, heading to my own. I locked the door and collapsed on the bed, sighs escaping my lips.
