Madelyn and Pope go to the storage room and sit down on some long white buckets. Madelyn wipes her tears away looking down at the floor.

"it can't be true... can it? he wouldn't do that and she wouldn't i told her i liked him and me and Jj..." she holds her head in her hands and Pope gives her a hug holding her tight.

"i don't know but we can go find out if you like? it might just be Rafe or Topper trying to get to you" Madelyn looks up with her mascara running down her face that she put on this morning before she left and nods her head with a little smile coming from the side of her mouth.

Pope and Madelyn stand up and get into his car driving to Madelyns house as fast as they can without the police seeing. "don't you think we are going a little too fast?" Pope says in shock grabbing onto the handle at the top of his door.

"yeah your probably right sorry i just have a lot in my head right now... why did you let me drive?" Madelyn says with a giggle with small tears still falling down her face, Pope shrugs and laughs with her till they pull up to Madelyns house.

she tajes a deep breath hoping Rafe was just messing with her head and that she won't walk in in her best friend and crush. they get out of the car and head straight to the door, Madelyn grabs her key and opens the door as slow as possible so it doesn't make as much noise just in case.

they walk up stairs and get to her door, they hear giggling and laughing coming from her room and Pope puts his hand on the door ready to open it and Madelyn nods giving him the ok to open it.

she takes a deep breath and looks to find them still making out on her bed. Madelyn gasps and tears fall right down her face all over again "how could you!" she says in anger and runs down stairs leaving the house slamming the door behind her. Pope stays behind and shakes his head to Jj trying to get dressed and run after her.

she runs to Rafe's house hoping to get some comfort out of this situation. she arrives and bangs on the door with tears streaming down her face, the door opens and Rafe is standing there with an empathetic look pulling her in for a hug. she falls into his arms crying into his chest as he rests his head on her head.

after a couple minutes they go inside and sit down at the kitchen counter drinking some coffee uncomfortably in silence. "so..." Rafe says trying to break the silence between the two.

"so... is it ok if i just hang out with you for the rest of the day? i just don't know if i can go to Kie and the others without you know crying" she looks down and he sits closer to her wrapping his arm around her shoulder hugging her side, "sure we can hang out like old times" he smiles looking down at her.

Jj paces around the chateau while Isabella, Pope, John b and Kie watch him, Kie, Pope and John b look at him with disappointment while Isabella stands away from everyone.

"really Jj!" Kie says hitting him in the back of the head, "Jj you know she likes you and i thought you liked her man..." John b says as he leans on the wall looking at the blonde still pacing around.

"i need to go find her" Jj says going outside picking some flowers to take to her, "you don't even know where she is Jj" Kie says following him standing on the balcony.

"then i'll take Isabella she might know" Jj says walking up to Kie with some white flowers in his hand, "are you crazy that will hurt her even more to see you two together i'll go with you" Kie walks back into the house and grabs Pope's car keys.

they walk out to the car and get in with Kie in the drivers seat, "so any idea where to go Jj?" Kie asks turning on the engine, "lets try maybe the wreck".

they drive around for hours looking for her until they see her sitting down watching the sunset on the beach with someone, "i remember when we were little we would sit out here and watch the sunset and Topper would always go home because it was too cold" Rafe smiles and Madelyn laughs playing with the sand.

"it's been awhile since we hung out last i can't remember the last time we sat out here either" Rafe says smiling at Madelyn looking into her eyes and she does the same.

suddenly Kie runs up to her and hugs her tightly, "omg i was so worried i couldn't find you! what are you doing out here and with Rafe of all people?" Madelyn looks over and see Jj standing behind Kie staring at Rafe.

"ugh i just needed to clear my head and i thought i might hang out with him and watch the sunset like we used to as kids" she says smiling at Kie, Madelyn stands up and walks next to Rafe.

" i think i might just get Rafe to take me home if that's ok?" she looks at Kie worried she will be disappointed in her choices, Kie nods and gives her another hug whispering in her ear "when your ready to take to him he will be there" she lets go of Madelyn and smiles at her as she walks away pulling Jj along with her.

Madelyn and Rafe turn around watching the sunset and Jj runs back over to her "madelyn i'm sorry for what i did and i don't know why i did it but i really like you Maddie" she turns around looking at him and he moves a piece of hair out of her face, "please forgive me" he says in a soft tone, she grabs his hand softy taking it off her face.

"i'm sorry Jj but i'm not ready, not yet" she starts to cry and runs down the sand bank, "cant you see what you did, just leave her alone" Rafe says in a protective tone running after her.
