Chapter 27

Maya's POV:

School ended and Riley and I were walking home from the subway.

I feel like I haven't thanked her enough and I'm really sorry.

"Hey Riles"

"Hi Maya" she chuckled.

I had to laugh too because I just realized how weird that was.

"Yea so. I didn't say sorry yet" I tell her.

"What do you mean?"

"Well I mean that I didn't tell you how sorry I am. Like you were trying to help but I ignored you. Kind of" I have no idea if that made sense. I'm not good at stuff like that.

"Maya it's alright. I'm just really happy that everything went well" she smiled at me.

"Thank you Riley" I stopped walking and hugged her.

"Love you maya" she said hugging back.

We pulled away and I said "love you too riles"

We both smiled and walked into the building.

It's friday and that means sleepover.

We entered the door and Mrs Matthews smiled at us "Hey girls. How was your day?"

"Awesome" we said at the same time.

"Awe I'm glad to hear that. I gotta go now but your dad should be here any minute" she said to Riley.

She nodded and we went upstairs to her room.

We sat at the bay window and just looked outside for a while.

"So you and farkle" I said breaking the silence.

She started blushing "um what"

"C'mon I know that you like him. And we already know that he likes you too" I say.

"Okay fine. Yes"

"Yes?" I ask her.

"I like Farkle" she says quietly.

"YAY" I say jumping up.

She just laughed.

"Filey. Riarkle. Or no no no. Rarkle" I say laughing.

"Stop" she chuckled.

"Sorry. I'm just playing around"

"I'm home!!" We heard from downstairs.

"Your dad?" I asked raising my eyebrow.

"Yep" she stood up "are you coming?"

Riley and I were going to eat italian and Mr Matthews drives us.

"Of course. I'm not gonna miss my Pasta" I chuckled and walked out the door.

So I see Riarkle is happening.

I'm so excited because of my new book that I'm currently planning on.

It has been on my mind for so long. I actually had the idea before good girl gone bad.
