Chapter 30

Maya's POV:

It's friday and that means finally weekend.

Riley, Farkle, Lucas and I are having a double date at the movies later.

I walk home and don't see anybody. I guess my mom is at work.

I go to our fridge and open it but close it again when I realize that I'm leaving soon.

Then I hear my phone make a peep.

Lucas: hey babe

Me: hii

Lucas: We're going a bit earlier if that's okay for you

Me: sure. Do Riley and Farkle know about it?

Lucas: yea

Me: when are we going?

Then I hear a knock on the door.

I open it and there stands a smiling Lucas.

"We're going right about now" he says.

I laugh and take my jacket and walk out of the apartment.

Lucas and I are walking hand in hand to the movies because it's not that far away.

"Why are we going now by the way?"

"I wanted some alone time with you later on" he says.

I smile and we see Farkle and Riley already standing there hand in hand.

We're back at my apartment.

The double date was fun. Farkle and Riley are so adorable together.

"I don't know about you but I want a cake now" Lucas says.

"Sounds like a great idea" I laugh.

"We should make one" he says.

"You know how to bake?" I ask him.

He nods and starts to take out the stuff you need for a cake.

"Can I lick the spoon?" I ask.

"No" he says.

"Oh come on" I say.

He looks at me and chuckles "no babe"

"Pleaseeee"

He doesn't answer.

"Lucas Friar, you're mean"

He looks at me and chuckles "mhm"

"Meanies don't get kissed"

He raises his eyebrow but doesn't say anything.

"Lucas my lips hurt. Could you look at them please?" I ask.

He smiles and touches my lips.

I lick my lips touching his finger which is on my lip.

He bites his lips and says "fine. You can lick the spoon but stop doing that"

"YAY" I say and take the spoon in my hand.

He laughs and starts kissing me.

"Put the spoon down and focus on kissing me" he chuckles.

"No" I say laughing.

He picks me up and places me on the table. I put my spoon down and put my arms around his neck and start kissing him.

He smiles against my lips which causes me to smile too.

I love this guy.
