Maya's POV:

The school day ends and I'm waiting on the subway with Riley for the train.

I'm still really confused what Riley and Lucas did in that room so long during art class. What if there was something?

"Hey Riles, can I ask you something?"

"Sure, what is it?" she says.

"What were you and Lucas really doing in the room during art class?"

"Umm.. I already t-told you. N-nothing" then she smiles.

Uhhuh. I don't believe this. What if she still likes him? I know she said that she kinda likes Farkle but what if?

Gosh I should just stop. I don't like Lucas.. Okay. Yea I do but I don't want this.

The train finally comes and it's silence the whole ride between me and Riles.

It's her stop so she says "bye maya. See ya tomorrow at 7?"

"Yep. I'll be there. Bye" I say to her.

She walks out and the train stops at another station. This is mine.

I walk out of there and go along the street to my house.

I open the door and shout "Hello?? Anyone home?"

Silence. Nope I'm alone. My mom must be still at the diner again.

I walk to the fridge and take a sandwich out of it.

I sit on the couch and turn on the Tv when I get a message.

I take my phone and read the message. It's from.... Ranger rick.

Lucas: hey clutterbucket ;)

Me: hii huckleberry. Don't call me that :o

Lucas: yea you're all hart :)

Me: so why are you texting me? :)

Lucas: right.. Why am I texting you.. So um the reason why is actually..

Me: You okay?

Lucas: what? Ya. I'm totally fine... I was just wondering if you maybe... wanna go out with me..?
