25 years later...

The city was bustling with crowds, honks of the cars could be heard anywhere trying not to be late to work. The sea of people was a common sight for the angels, who was protecting the assigned ones 24 hours side by side. But being in the sea of people sometimes would make them suffocate and would often watch them from nearby.

It was funny to think the Angels would be annoying within that current state with all those powers they have but it does make them feel a bit stuffy. Invisible, but it was exhausted to see people went through them every day.

While that was happening in a city, Minho was assigned after a boy named Ashton (14) in a small, peaceful village along with Kris, who was back to being a Guardian Angel and got his title back as a Prince. He refused it at first but after his mother, Queen Moon coaxed him, he couldn't say no to her.

"It's peaceful out here, no?" Ashton said with a smile tugged on his lips. He and Minho was sitting on top of the roof of his home, watching the night skies that was glittering with stars and Milky Way hanging over like a river above their heads.

"Indeed it is" he replied with glee. As the stars shimmering up there, he closed his eyes, reminiscing the times when he would bring her up there, soaring in the sky at night as they felt the wind rushed.

"You miss her"

By that, Minho opened his eyes but didn't turn to look at Ashton. After he was assigned to watch over the 14 year old boy, he already thought of him as his little brother. He told him everything about the battle, stories about the Elders and the Kingdom too.

Minho was looking at the distance, not denying the fact that he truly missed her so much. He exhaled slowly.

"Yeah. Not a day passed without me thinking of her," he said lowly.

Ashton sighed dreamily and leaned on both of his hands while looking up the sky.

"Dang, I wish I have someone to look out. Like you," Ashton began. "Truth was, I'm so jealous seeing my friends have their girlfriends already while me..the weird one stays weird."

Minho breathed a sigh and hugged his shoulder in a comforting manner. He knew the boy was a bit lonely in school and had no friends either. Ashton reminded him of ____ when she was younger. Almost alike.

"You're never the weird one, Ash. You just being yourself and some people might not like it. They only see what they wanted to see and it blinds them to see the beautiful part of being true to yourself," Minho stated.

But Ashton was still feel downgraded with himself.

"So like, they're not that open-minded or something?"

Minho blinked.

"Yeah, something like that." Kids these days are simply making things way more easier to understand. He thought. And sum it up. "But never forget sometimes you have to be strict too. Depends on the situation you're in."

"I bet my wings you were talking about me just now"

Minho and Ashton let out a girly shriek when they heard the voice behind them. Then, a laughter was heard.

"You should've seen your face!" Taemin laughed while holding to his stomach.

"I now have a doubt that if you really are a Guardian Angel" Jonghyun piped in with a smirk. Onew pushed his shoulder.

"No doubt about it"

"Hey Ashton" Kris pat the lad's back before sitting beside him.

"What're you guys doing here?" Minho asked bewildered.
