She stared at the man in horror, he was on the ground knocked out.

Hanseok panted, catching his breath while his palms were attached onto his knees. He trailed his eyes to look at the frantic expression Yeri and her mother had.

The pain on his right shoulder didn't matter to him. It was like any other pain his father had inflicted to him years ago.

The man that was sent by Choi Myunghee killed the bodyguard outside the room, hence the trail of blood.

Yeri looked at her mother

"are you okay ?" She asked

Oh Gyeongja nodded

She then approached the unknown men who was knocked out on the ground.Yeri used her feet to gently kick, checking whether or not he was still alive.

"His belly fat is still moving" Hanseok said

Yeri then made eye contact with him.

"do you believe me now ?"

Saving her mother wasn't enough to gain her trust. but it was definitely a step forward

"You're bleeding..." She managed to say

in less than a minute, nurses and doctors came into the room, running to check on Oh Gyeongja since she pressed on the emergency button.

With Hanseok's power and influence as the chairman of Babel, The incident was quickly concealed.

The police offered to take the unknown man who tried to murder Yeri's mother into custody and Hanseok looked at Yeri for an answer but she had another plan for this man.

She shook her head as a 'no' , giving the police an immediate answer

"Don't. She'll deal with him" Hanseok said

"You can leave now"

"What are you going to do with him ?"

"I don't have anything in mind, but I'm sure Vincenzo will" Yeri replied with her arms crossed.She then looked at his white outfit being painted blood by his blood

She stepped forwards to get closer to Hanseok

"You should get treated"

"It's nothing I couldn't handle" He gave a soft smile to her

but her expression was serious. She wasn't smiling.

"It's pretty bad, come on, I'll get you a nurse" She took his hands to drag him to a nearby nurse

Hanseok hissed from the pain. Yeri loosen her grip as she stopped for a second

"Sorry"

She slowly moved her hand towards his back, carefully not pushing him. She softly fondled his back, hoping to ease the pain.

She thought it had no effect on him

but Hanseok's heart said otherwise.

The pain that he felt was immediately gone when she caressed his back.

even when her eyes showed no emotions, she was concerned.

"I'll be right back...I'll make a quick call."

Hanseok nodded and the door of the empty room closed while Hanseok was inside, treated by the nurse

Yeri dialled her brother

"You have to come here immediately-"

"is that a fire truck sound ?"

"What the hell is going on ?" She averted her attention towards the sound on the other line
