Jaidyns pov-

I watch my mom leave as she shuts the door behind her. I sigh looking back at my phone to see messages from Kyle.

I answer him back as I think about what I'm gonna say to my dad when I tell him I have a boyfriend.

Y/n POV-

I walk back downstairs to see vinnie eating something in the kitchen.

"hey" I say walking over to the fridge and getting a drink. "hi" "what u eating?" I say pouring water in my cup. "I made a sandwich, do u want one?" "No I good" I say drinking the water.

"What were u doing upstairs?" He says finishing his sandwich as he puts the paper plate in the trash.

"Oh I was just checking on jaidyn and she wanted to tell me something" "oh what she want?" "Oh just something from Amazon" "oh alr"

I put my cup in the sink as I go into the living room and sit on the couch as vinnie sits next to me.

-10 mins later-

Me and vin were watching a movie as I hear footsteps coming downstairs.

I turn my head to see jaidyn sitting down on the couch. "Hi" "hey jaidyn" vin says looking at her as he looks back at the tv.

"Can I tell u something?" She says as I get up from the couch and go into the kitchen.

Jaidyns pov-

After a few minutes I figured out what I was gonna say. I walked downstairs as I see my parents watching a movie.

"hi" I say sitting on the couch "hey jaidyn" my dad says looking at me then back at the tv.

"Can I tell you something?" I say as I see my mom
Get up from the couch and go into the kitchen.

"Ya sure what's up?" "Uhm.. so.. I have a boyfriend" I say looking down "you what?" my dads voice turns slightly mad.

"Why didn't u tell me u have a boyfriend jaidyn?" "idk... I just didn't know when and how" I say still looking down.

"What's his name" "Kyle" "age grade?" "17 and he is in my grade" "when do I get to meet Kyle" "idk soon maybe we haven't talked about that yet.." "well it better be soon" my dad says getting off the couch and walking into the kitchen.

I go back upstairs to my room.

Y/n POV-

I see jaidyn go back up to her room and vinnie comes towards me with a angry look on his face.

"Why the hell did u lie to me about what jaidyn wanted to tell u earlier?" "I'm sorry, I didn't wanna tell u she had a boyfriend, I rather have her tell u herself instead of me."

"Ok but it's still wrong that she told u first instead of telling both of us" "look vinnie, I didn't even know either that she had a boyfriend before I was about to walk out her room but she told me anyway, was I shocked that she didn't tell me? Yes"

"Do u know how long they been dating for?" "No" "don't lie to me y/n" "I'm not, if u wanna know go ask her" and with that he goes upstairs to her room.

Jaidyns pov-

I was working on my rainbow loom bracelet to try to clear my mind as I hear my door open.

"How long has u and Kyle been dating?" My dad ask me.

"4months" "4MONTHS!?" "ya..??" "And u didn't tell me or ur mother about this?" "I said I didn't know how and when" "but 4months? U didn't know how to in those 4months?" "I probably forgot for a few weeks idk" I say.

He walks out my room and slams the door shut lightly.

I see vinnie frustrated as he says "they been together for 4 months." "what.?" I say shocked.

"Ya and she didn't even tell us. She needs to be punished for this" "No that's not necessary right now, she just made a mistake" "y/n that's not a mistake.. I can't believe ur on her side on this!"

"I'm not. I'm just saying she was probably scared of telling us so she forgot and now it comes back to her and that she didn't tell us" "are u hearing urself y/n?, because her being scared to tell us is bullshit" "Ok vinnie. I cant argue rn with u" I say as I walk upstairs to the bedroom.
