Y/n POV-

I wake up to the sound of the heavy pouring down rain tapping on the windows.

I look over to my left to see vinnie peacefully sleeping with his arm loosely draped around my body.

I had to use the bathroom also so I try to get up without waking vinnie up.

I slowly move the sheets aside as I put one foot on the floor then the other as I get up slowly and go into the bathroom.

I close the door quietly and turn the light on.

"y/n? where did u go?" I hear vinnie say quietly as I was washing my hands and drying them. I turn the light off and make my way back into bed.

"I had to use the bathroom" I whisper pulling the covers back over me.

Vinnie puts his arm back over my waist and brings me closer to his body. He kisses my forehead as I turn around facing the bathroom door.

"Goodnight I love you"

"I love you too" I say quietly as we both fall back asleep.
