"who are you here to see?"
"Aden Thomas," Luke said to the guard.
the guard nodded, leading Luke to a chair, with a glass in front of it, next to Luke was a phone. he sat down hesitantly as he waited patiently for Aden to come, if he could, he'd kill Aden, but sadly, he can't. he feels anger burn his skin as Aden sits in front of him, hair long, beard, dark circles under those doe eyes. he made Luke cringe.
Aden puts the phone to his ear before Luke, confusion written all over his pale, tired face. he doesn't look like he's in the mood, but what does Luke care, he doesn't wanna be here. Michael doesn't even know he's here.
"out of all the people I thought would visit me, who haven't, wouldn't be you," Aden frowned.
Luke will admit Aden looks like shit, he looks done with life, this jail. the guilt is eating away at him, he still gets up everyday though. he eats, showers, takes care of himself but that doesn't seem to affect how he feels.
"I just came because me and Michael need help, I need to know Michael's dads name."
Aden tensed, "I'm sorry I can't tell you, for Michael's sake."
"Aden," Luke snapped. "I didn't come here to not get any information, Michael is in trouble."
"do you think I don't know that? I'm the one who knows all of her little plans to destroy Michael. wanna keep Michael safe? do not try to find Michael's dad."
"why should I believe you? you could be planning with Karen," Luke replied.
"really Luke, you're smarter than this. what could Karen honestly want with me? I'm done. I'm in jail, I couldn't succeed of killing you, ashton, not even Michael. I just wanna get out of here and start over, be good, like I was," the boy whimpered.
Luke frowned and looked away shamefully, he tells himself not to feel bad for Aden, but he does a little. Luke has a heart, he's not a heartless, cold dick.
"im sorry, about that, but we're all just really worried. Karen could show up any day and we don't know what to do," Luke said sadly.
Aden nodded, "I know how you feel, I feel like I'm next after Michael. anyone she hates, she's after them, sneaky bitch that women. all I really can say is that, don't trust anyone. other than ashton and Michael of coarse, Calum is the only person you can trust. Karen could have anyone out there doing her dirty work trust me."
Luke nodded nervously, "why are you helping? I thought this would be harder."
"I loved Michael, he was my everything until Karen, don't let her take him away from you, or ashton. God, ashton, keep him safe I'm sure you know how much they mean to each other. I think with out ashton, Michael is done for, you've gotta be there for him."
"Ashton isn't going anywhere?"
"you don't sound too sure? you think Karen would come after you? no it's gonna be ashton. you mean a lot to Michael too but ashton, Karen hates him, she doesn't really know you. Ashton ruined her plans for Michael. so have you but," Aden shrugged. "you're not at the top of her list."
Luke looks down, he sighs, he doesn't know what to do.
"I just thought finding Michael's dad would help."
Aden shook his head, "hey Luke, look, you can find him, but after Karen is gone. till she's locked up like me, and I'll be a witness, go to these cops up here and tell them everything. they'll understand."
