Makoto let out a sigh. She had helped defeat King Selfish, only to find out Marie Ange was no more. She sacrificed herself to let Makoto escape to the human world. She loved the former princess of the Card Kingdom, and yearned for her return.
Ange was beautiful, funny, and was like a big sister to Makoto. Her parents were taken from her at an early age, so for many years, Makoto only had Ange. Sometimes it was hard for Makoto to look at Aguri or Regina or even Ai without feeling feeling her heart break into a hundred thousand pieces."Makoto? Are you alright?" Asked a voice from behind.
The celebrity turned around and nodded. "I'm fine, Daybi."
The pixie disguised as an older woman with dark blue hair raised an eyebrow.
"Are you thinking about the Princess again?"Makoto slowly nodded. She couldn't lie to her. Even if she did Daybi would see right through her regardless.
'You know me way too well.'Daybi gently wrapped her arms around her close friend.
"It's a nice day today. How about we go and see Mana and the others? You still need to get Alice a gift for her birthday."Makoto punched the railing.
"Makoto?"
She felt horrible. Alice was one of her closest friends. She's done so much for her, and she's barely done anything in return. She couldn't even blame the burden of being a Precure, or her job as a singer.
She took a minute to compose herself, as she guiltily looked at the now dented railing, and then pulled out her phone.
She went onto her contact list and messaged Mana.
MK - 'Hey. So uh, what does Alice like?'
Mana responded a few minutes later.
MA - 'Come into town. I'm with Rikka. We have an idea of what we can get her. We're at the coffee shop we usually meet at.'
Makoto nodded. She supposed it was best to have proper advice on what to get Alice in person.
She turned to face Daybi."Daybi. Can we head out? I want to meet Mana in town."
Daybi nodded. "Are we walking or taking the car?" She asked with a smile.
"Car." Makoto answered, returning her smile, "it takes too long walking."
"I second that." Joked Daybi.

"Makopi said she'll be about fifteen minutes." Said Mana as she took a sip of her lattè.
Rikka nodded and took a sip of her black coffee. Then she gently placed down the cup before moving her index finger around the rim.
She looked into her best friend's eyes. For once, Mana didn't seem overly cheery."Rikka..." said Mana quietly, suddenly looking at her friend with a serious expression.
Rikka took another sip of her coffee and raised an eyebrow as if to say 'I'm listening'."What do I say to her? I mean, I like her, but I've never been in a relationship before."
All of a sudden three young men, perhaps in their early twenties approached them. A young man with dark scruffy hair and was on the fairly... large end spoke first.
"Are you part of the Legendary Precure?"Another man, the smallest and neatest of the three spoke next, "may we get your autographs?"
Mana suddenly began to get flustered before she managed to compose herself.
"O-of course you can!" She tried to say enthusiastically.
"Mana!" Rikka yelled. She was never the best when it came to the spotlight being on her.
