She walked from one side of the room to the other uncomfortable, despite having lived there for a little more than a week, everything was still strange and she wasn't used to it. She had been awake for a while now, she had already taken a shower and was in one of the sports suits she used to wear before in her own house. Her belly had grown slightly, but fortunately she could still avail herself of these.

She grumbled in her mind when the alarm that it was time for her vitamins went off and although she had a glass of water at hand, these were not indicated to take on an empty stomach. So he took a deep breath before opening the bedroom door and heading for the stairs, on the way to the kitchen so she could have breakfast.

"Mrs. Tenten, good morning."

"I told you it's just Tenten," she was only 18 years old and being called like that not only made her feel 40, but she didn't like it.

"Are you going to breakfast?"

"Please."

There was a small dining table with a couple of chairs and like every morning since she had been there, she sat in this one to wait. It was the place for the serving staff to eat, but she felt lonely and silly at the huge dining room, so she preferred to eat there where she could at least watch Yuuki cook or organize something.

"Thank you," she said as soon as the plate was put in front of her.

Because yes, she was living in the huge property without Kiba, which was completely horrible to her. The Sunday after the wedding they had gone there and that was the issue that was pending, her moving in. She had thought she would move into the apartment but Tsume was emphatic that her son was in his last semester of university and couldn't have any major distractions, she then asked to stay at her parents' house, period.

Her husband, on the other hand, argued for something much more real and that was practicality, although she could go with him to the apartment, because of his studies he wasn't there in the mornings, plus they were worried that a possible emergency would occur and she would be alone, also that it would not be good to constantly travel for prenatal appointments and, finally there was the issue that in the citadel only had a doctor's office with limited capacity, it was better that there was a real clinic nearby.

She couldn't believe that Kiba was on his mother's side on that, she again insisted on staying with her parents, she would be in the city and an ambulance could arrive quickly if need be. But then again, she would be alone most of the day and there was the issue of diet, which was something the department also had against it, while they could bring all the food to the house for her, she didn't know how to cook it properly so it would limit the options a bit. On the property there were always servants who could look after her, they would take care of her food and the clinic was only five minutes away.

She reluctantly agreed and pouted as soon as they were alone, she didn't want to live in that place. The Inuzuka promised her that he would still travel to take her to all her medical appointments in person and on Fridays, as soon as he got out of class, he would be there to accompany her and spend the weekend together.

The worst thing was that she wasn't allowed to do anything, just pour herself a glass of water, but if she wanted something more elaborate to drink, Yuuki or Narumi, the other maid who was also in charge of the kitchen and dining room, would arrive and prepare whatever she asked for. They didn't let her wash anything and she had been surprised to see that even if she made the bed it was made again and the laundry basket one day was empty and the next day everything was neatly folded in the part of the closet that Kiba had cleared for her.

Although well, she had resigned herself and continued what she was doing in her life before the news of her pregnancy and all the changes that had come with it, and that was to continue studying languages on her own. In the huge library she had found some books that could be of use to her and Kiba had explained to her how to use the different functions of the television, being able to look up different videos that were useful to her.
