Uncertainty

University

On friday she gave an excited scream at the sight of the mail she had just received, Ryuu in his sleep protested at the sudden noise. She covered her mouth, it was nap time, and while the little dragon slept in the bassinet in the living room, she was busy browsing on the laptop. She opened the email to read it completely while a smile crossed her face, it was the university schedule for the two-week curse that was programmed for all the new students before the beginning of the semester.

After all it was true that she would start studying, and she felt completely happy. Kiba had told her that all the documentation had already been handed in, including the language certificates, and that all that remained was to wait. And finally there was the answer. The journey would be from July 16 to July 31 and the first day of classes would be Monday, August 4. During the days of leveling the schedule would be from 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, it was extensive, and sideways she saw her son.

She was sure that it was going to be hard for both of them to get used to being so many hours a day apart, after all they had been together most of the time since he was born. Although she shouldn't feel too bad either, by January or February of the following year the infant would enter kindergarten, and while she studied, he would share with other children and also learn new things. She sighed, now thinking about her husband and the car, they would have the same entrance time so he could take her, the problem would be that she would ending first. If she had to wait an hour until he came out and picked her up, she might as well take the bus.

She wasn't a whiner and it wasn't that she had a problem to go back to using the bus as before, but she was supposed to have learned to drive, and now she had a license precisely to avoid wasting so much time in public transportation. But well, she was going to wait for the next day, surely her husband would come up with something or she would take the bus and that was it, besides that schedule was temporary, she still didn't have her normal classes, and as far as she knew that schedule changed from day to day.

On Saturday she woke up and couldn't get up at once, Kiba had her tightly gripped by the waist, and when he felt her move instead of loosening his grip, he squeezed her a little more, without waking up. She didn't hear Ryuu crying or calling for her, which meant he hadn't woken up yet, so she laid her head back on the pillow while enjoying her husband's warmth.

Finally after six months she had returned to the room they shared, and it had become normal from that point on to wake up like that, sometimes even a little earlier with him kissing her shoulders.

Flashback

"Will you come back to our room?" he murmured in her ear before biting her neck softly, she had no idea what time it was, she had completely lost track of time after Hana's call.

"Or you could move into this one," she joked as she sighed, Kiba seemed not to get exhausted and was starting to caress her breasts.

"If that's what you want... since we're sleeping together again," she smiled, she liked that answer, "or not sleeping together," she liked that even more, "although there's only one problem," he paused for a moment the caress and his tone became serious, "you wanted to have a fireplace, and in this room there isn't one."

Kiba had turned off the alarm and was late to leave for the office, they had taken a bath together anyway, and he kissed her goodbye after making it clear that she would move her things that day back to the second floor. After that she died of embarrassment when she realized that her dress was nowhere on the floor, which meant it probably should have been left in the living room along with a couple of his clothes as well, and it was Yuuki who had to pick that up.
