Chapter 2: Hoorah! Hoorah! The Princess Is Born!

[This is all I'm going to post for now, I'm going to be busy for the next few days, but I will try to write another part A.S.A.P.!]

    The dragonet impatiently wriggled inside her prison. She would not be held back much longer, for she was becoming stronger and more willing to leave for every passing minute. 

    She continued the strenuous task of trying to break out, but was quickly exhausted. Settling back down, she was able to hear voices outside. 

    "You're sure this is going to be a girl?" a deep-voiced dragon questioned skeptically. 

    "I'm her mother. I should know," a higher pitched voice snorted. 

    "Fine Fine.." These were the only two dragons around, the grumpy, indignant one, and the sweet, loving one. The dragonet knew instantly that she would love the sweet dragon unconditionally. 

    The sweet dragon was waiting for her. She knew that once she came out, that the sweet dragon would love her as much as she already loved her. 

    The dragonet didn't want to keep them waiting, so a few hours later, she decided that she would finally escape. Pushing on the sides of the walls as hard as she could, her prison cracked. Yes! She continued, soon entirely breaking out. 

    The dragonet blinked in the dim moonlight. Looking around, she only saw shadows, and, whimpering in fear, she backed away into a shadowy corner of the large room. 

    In a few minutes, however, one of the shadows sat up. As the moonlight shone on it, the dragonet realized that it was a dragon, the sweet dragon, nonetheless. 

    They turned to look in each other's eyes at the same time. 

    "Come here, Dear.." the sweet dragon offered softly. She clambered out of the darkness over to the kindhearted dragon. 

    "The Princess is born.." she murmured. The other shadowy figure sat up, seepily listening to what the Queen, his sister, had to say. The dragonet glanced up at her mother.

    "And her name will be Princess Anarchy," the Queen finished as Princess Anarchy fell asleep beside her (not touching since Princess Anarchy was a Firescales, she just absorbed her entire twin, and is a chimera).
