[Fun fact, my school's mascot is a cardinal. :D]

A lot of things changed when Queen Anarchy took the throne. For starters, she called off the SkyWing troops that were searching for Flint, RedRunner and her. Flint found that great, since every SkyWing guard that he passed tried to subdue him and throw him in the dungeon. None of them were even close to successful.

"Dammit!" Skylar swore, recoiling from the heat of Flint's Firescales.

"You can't touch me, I've been like this since I hatched," he smirked. The red-orange SkyWing growled with annoyance.

"Queen Anarchy has ordered all guards not attack the previously fugitive Flint or RedRunner!" the new palace messenger, a SandWing named Scorch, announced while dashing throughout the entire palace.

Skylar looked back at Flint in a mixture of shock and confusion. He shrugged and ambled off to the infirmary.

"Hey RedRunner-" Flint started, cutting off at the sight. RedRunner and Mako were standing beside Feather, who was clutching a shining white SkyWing egg.

"WHAT THE F-" Flint was cut off again, this time RedRunner shushing him.

"Feather is trying to rest!" RedRunner commented as Flint padded over to him.

"That's your guys' egg?!" Flint whispered to his twin. RedRunner nodded, slightly smiling.

"It's pretty soon to be a Father," Flint snorted. He wouldn't believe the news if the proof wasn't right in front of him.

"And it's pretty soon for me to be an uncle to my twin brother's dragonet." RedRunner scrunched his snout.

"Accidents happen, and with our parents safely locked in the dungeon, Feather and I will be able to live a happy life together," the bright red SkyWing replied.

That was another great thing that Queen Anarchy did. While Flint, RedRunner, and she returned to the Palace, they had tied the two horrible dragons up and left them in a dank cave. After everything surrounding Anarchy being the new Queen had been situated, they dragged the criminal SkyWings to the dungeon and locked them in different cells. All of the older guards, who remembered Queen Redwood declaring Arson and Sear fugitives to be locked up if they were ever seen, were really surprised that the two criminal SkyWings were even alive after all of this time.

"Arson, Sear?" Heron asked, his murky orange armor shimmering. Arson glared through the bars at him, though Sear stood there, a faint light of memory shining in her orange eyes.

"I suggest not getting too close to them," Flint offered. Cardinal nodded. Heron stepped toward Sear's cell anyway. The orange SkyWing leaned toward Flint's mother, whispering something that Flint didn't catch. Sear's eyes widened and tears formed in the edges of her eyes.

Flint frowned. I've never seen either of my parents cry before, the Firescales thought, flicking his tail. Cardinal hissed.

"I still don't trust those traitorous assholes," he growled, shuffling his red wings. Heron turned around, glaring at Cardinal as he left the cave. Well, I wonder what he had to tell her to make Mother like that... Flint wondered, watching Sear as she continued silently sobbing.
