[Yup. Just your average cliffhanger..ish chapters, though they are NOTHING compared to the upcoming Chapter 86...]

Tension was rising. The entire SkyWing army was definitely on edge. With the recent events, anything could happen at this point, right? And that was exactly what Admiral Kenobi was concerned about.

Ever since they left the Sky Kingdom, Kenobi had worried endlessly about Pink-Lemonade. His girlfriend could have been anywhere by now!

She might've noticed everyone's absence and decided to search for them, or maybe she was already under Force's control somehow.. or.. or... The Admiral blinked, shaking off all of the horrid thoughts, though the feelings of dread that came with them still lingered.

Speaking of Force, she had insisted that the entire army rest for the day in a cave in the mountain range that surrounded the ShadowWing Kingdom. She told them it was because Tanner had been up all night, and that he was tired, and Tanner didn't really deny this statement, but he also hadn't slept much at all in the cavern.

Admiral Kenobi glanced up, looking around the cavern at the poor individuals who were stuck in its uncomfortably moist confinement. He could practically see the metaphorical chains of despair dragging these dragons down.

However, as his gaze raked the crowd, one dragon stood out in particular; Flint, of all dragons, seemed the most depressed. His head was hung, his eyes had dark circles under them as if he hadn't slept in days, and his general aura just screamed that something was wrong.

The Admiral's gaze softened, even though he knew Flint couldn't (and probably wouldn't) see him. He would try to comfort his friend if they were able to communicate properly, but this time, Force had ordered them to not be able to talk before grumpily slinking off to a dimly lit corner with Tanner.

Oh... he realized after a single moment of thought. Flint must be so alone here without his brother or anyone else that close to talk to...

After Arson was killed and Sear locked in their most secure prison cell, RedRunner was Flint's closest support, as the two had gone through the same traumatic events. At least, that's how Admiral Kenobi understood the situation anyway...

But Kenobi had seen Flint without RedRunner by his side before, and he was never this sad, even in the "parents kidnapping everyone you love" incident.

Something was making his friend sadder than usual, Admiral Kenobi's gut could just sense it! But, he didn't ever get to find out what it was, because now, the evening stars were beginning to show, Force was waking up enraged and vengeful, and the day was just about to get a whole lot bloodier...
