Chapter 29: Doing The Wrong Thing For The Right Reason

     As Kenobi and the rest of the squad he was with were flying away, a dragon that came out of nowhere crashed into them.

    "AHh!" the all shouted, having to regain control. Looking up at the dragon, they realized that it was their Art Teacher, Noni. Kenobi's mental note rang in his head, and he lowered his ears. Noni shook his head, clutching it as he looked up at the group.

    "Oh, it's just you assholes, " he mumbled. Princess Anarchy peered at him, narrowing her eyes to slits.

     The Princess had a way of going overboard when she got angry. For example, if she was angry at.. say.. an IceWing, she would probably tie him up and dangle him over a fire until either he died or someone stopped her. So when Noni glared at them saying that insult, she was not happy.

    "What did you just say?" Princess Anarchy growled. Uh-oh... Kenobi thought, looking on as the horror ensued. He backed up a bit, Topaz and Prince Kadal doing the same. Prince Kadal had already experienced her anger many of times, so he knew what it was like to be on the receiving end of this. Kenobi snorted with amusement thinking of this and seeing the SandWing's terrified expression.

     The oily RainWing turned his gaze to her, glaring straight at her face.

    "I said, 'It's just you assholes..'" Noni enunciated, growling. He lashed his tail, wingtips turning red with anger.

    "THAT'S IT!" Princess Anarchy announced, grabbing the RainWing by the throat. Noni began to sputter and choke.

    "I have put up with your bullshit for too long!" she snarled. Her scales began smoking as she heated up her Firescales.

    "Wait, no!" Noni rasped as the scales that the Princess was holding began sizzling.

    "I will make this bitch pay for his insolence!" Princess Anarchy continued as the smell of burning scales filled the air. Kebobi grimaced. I know Princess Anarchy can be mean sometimes, but I didn't know she was capable of 1. actually killing a dragon and 2. such foul language..! he thought.

     Soon, the ugly yellowish-green RainWing, now having fades of white in his scales, slumped in Princess Anarchy's grasp. She threw his limp body aside, staring down in disgust at it. It skidded across the ground, coming to a halt at a pair of talons. The group gasped.

     Looking up at who the dragon was, they realized that Kyte had seen the whole incident. Oh no... Kenobi thought, panicking. Topaz and Prince Kadal were hugging each other in suspense.

    "Uhh- it's not what it looks like?" Princess Anarchy tried, shrugging guiltily.

     Kyte stomped forward, intimidatingly glaring at her. The Princess shrunk back in fear.

    "You have done the wrong thing..." Kyte started. Princess Anarchy flinched.

    "...for the right reason," Kyte finished with a sigh. Princess Anarchy's expression changed to one of befuddlement, and the rest of the group exchanged confused glances.

    "I had just received news from Queen Glory that some of our students told her they saw him hitting on Princess Faith," Kyte explained. The group gasped again.

    "Yeah. I was out looking for him. Once we captured him, we were going to put him on trial, but I guess we can scratch that," Kyte stated, glancing back at Noni's corpse.

    "Hehe.. sorry about that.." Princess Anarchy chuckled nervously. Kyte sighed, looking back up at the group.

    "It's okay.. We need to gather up again to go back to school anyway," Kyte said, leaping into the air.

    "Alright, we'll be there!" the group replied as Kyte flew away.
