"Let me get this straight.. you're saying that your guys' parents actually dragon-napped Feather?!" Mightyroar asked in disbelief.

"Pretty much," RedRunner and Flint stated simultaneously.

The four friends had already began their journey back to the Sky Kingdom since they hadn't a moment to spare. With this team we'll finally be able to stop Mother and Father, Flint thought darkly. Mightyroar nodded with agreement.

"I'm guessing they'll be waiting in the Cave Of Swirling Winds," RedRunner commented.

"So we go in and attack them while RedRunner saves Feather?" Princess Anarchy asked, flexing her talons.

"Well I don't know where they put her," he admitted.

"Knowing Mother and Father, they've hidden her close to the cave," Flint offered.

"That's it!" Mightyroar announced out of nowhere. The three SkyWings looked at him with confusion.

"Sorry.. let me explain. When you guys mentioned the Cave Of Swirling Winds, I happened to remember that there was a secret cave hidden behind a curtain of vines," the NightWing explained.

"And since our parents like to hide things near where they are supposed to be, they must've hidden Feather there!" RedRunner finished excitedly.

    "Exactly!"

Nightfall was quickly approaching, and they still hadn't even entered the Sky Kingdom territory.

"Will we get there in time?" RedRunner worried. Mightyroar hesitated.

"Don't worry, I'm sure we'll be there on time," Flint reassured his brother. It unfortunately turns out that Flint was wrong..

The squad were quickly approaching the cave, but so was the sun to the horizon. Once the sun had set, RedRunner still insisted on them trying to save Feather.

"If we get there soon, our parents won't have much time to hurt her," he said desperately. Flint exchanged a doubtful glance with Princess Anarchy.

"Well, it's worth a shot," Mightyroar said optimistically, continuing on for the mountains.

They soon arrived at the Cave Of Swirling Winds. To RedRunner's dismay, sounds suspiciously similar to the cries of a wounded dragon echoed out.

"It's probably just the 'swirling winds,'" Mightyroar tried. Flint clenched his jaw. Deep down, he knew that wasn't the case, and so did RedRunner...

"Come on. The plan, now," he ordered. The group nodded in agreement.
