My Kidnapper Loved me

I woke up the next morning being held close and tight by Ryan, I got out of bed and went to check on Pay who was still sleeping. I walked downstairs, made some fresh coffee only to be joined by Ryan a few moments later with a look of confusion on his face.

"You okay there Ryan?"

"Yeah, I'm just wondering why you weren't in bed, I woke up and was worried about you."

"Oh, I woke up and checked on Pay then just came down for some coffee, you don't need to be worried about me, I worry about myself enough."

"Why are you worried?"

"Because I have to go to Tyler's today for the first time since he hit me and I don't know how I'm gonna handle it."

He nodded his head in understanding.

"If you want, I'll go with you, we get off at the same time we can go to work together, then drive home together if you want?"

I looked at him and blinked a few times.

"You would do that for me?"

"I would do anything for you."

I smiled as my eyes welled with tears, Ryan began to walk towards me but before anything happened I walked away. I'm not ready for that, and I don't know if I ever will be, I went back upstairs, to see that Payton was awake, I smiled at her as I heard Ryan's footsteps coming up the stairs.

"Can we talk."

I nodded my head and stood from the floor leaving Payton in the room, we walked back downstairs into the kitchen and I stood there in silence.

"Ryan, I don't know what you want to talk about but if you're gonna ask me to pack my bags and leave I will."

Ryan's head shot up and he looked at me with so many emotions that I couldn't pinpoint nor explain any of them, except for one that I have seen before and it scared the hell out of me. Love.

"Elena, I don't want you to go anywhere ever."

"Ryan, I can't, I have to go."

Before I could walk away he grabbed my hand and stopped me.

"Elena please don't walk away from me."

I felt tears swell in my eyes, I shook my head and looked down at the floor, he walked over in front of me placing a soft hand on my cheek caressing it with his thumb. He slid his hand under my chin softly lifting it so I would look into his bright caramel brown eyes.

"Elena I'm falling for you, I'm falling in love with you when I'm with you I never want to leave you, and when I leave you I want to be with you. Please just give me a chance to make you happy, I'm not like him, I won't get mad and act out please Elena."

With every please his lips got closer and closer to mine.

"Ryan, I'm not ready, I'm a married woman who has been hit by her husband, I'm not ready."

"By the way your breath is hitching, and the way you're looking at me with your lustful scared green eyes I can tell that you want me, you're just scared to want me."

"Ryan, I'm a married woman and a mom we can't do this, I won't be a cheater like him, I can't so wait for me to sign the papers."

He created some space between us and I nodded my head.

"Thank you."

I walked back upstairs to check on Payton and get ready for work, I changed into my work clothes and put on a light layer of make-up. As I walked out of the bathroom I saw Ryan holding Payton and sitting on the guest bed, I didn't bother to pack a diaper bag. Especially considering she has a room back at Tylers, I looked at Ryan taking Payton from his arms.
