Sweater weather
She always wore a sweater
The ones made of polyester
No matter the weather
It was her safe shelter
A short of protector
Everyone let her wear the sweaters
Even through the hotter weather
Most of them forgot about her
They called her the mad hatter
For all her different colored sweaters
She was cleaver
Even smarter than Heather
She had to measure up to the pressure
Soon she became my mentor
I swore to protect her
Sher learned to express herself
Even became the director at a local theatre
She never let their words affect her
Now they accept her, cause they know she's clever
But they have never seen our letters
We are in this forever
We'll be together whenever and wherever
