Plan
This was never my plan
I didn't want to marry any basic man
But once he was down on one knee
There was nothing I could do but agree
The choice was taken right from me
I wish I could follow my dreams
This isn't what I wanted
It's not what I'm used too
If only I came out of the closet
A few years earlier
Maybe things would be different
Before I was forced to marry this basic ass man
To make my family happy
When really, I would rather marry a woman them some boring man
"This is not how good girls are supposed to behave"
Is what they said
When I kissed a girl one day after my college classes
But the thing is
........ I liked it
So instead of making my family happy
I canceled the many wedding plans
And moved to a different country along with cutting the toxic ties
Just so I could live my life
And finally, be happy
Not being in the closet anymore
Marry the love of my life
Who happened to be in the same situation as me
And was also not surprisingly
A beautiful woman
