Necklace
You will never know
What happened to the necklace
That left me feeling breathless
Our love was once infectious
Until you made me feel jealous
You vowed to protect me
But that was before you became carless
I want to know how you were so rebellious
When you begged me not to leave you helpless
(I ended up becoming anorexic)
I never felt so helpless
So senseless
Until I met this menace
Who was always relentless
To keep me defenceless
I thought our love was endless
That was before my new perspective
And was never respected
I let go off that necklace
When I finally left texas
